Cosy flat, 10 min to Central London,up to 4 people

My lovely flat is located in Central Balham, few stops away by tube from Central London. The area is beautiful with various shops such as restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and banks, all only 1 - 2 minutes away by foot. Tube and train stations are maximum 3-4 minutes walking, bus stops are just around the corner. The area is safe, with mainly English people and is considered one of the best zones in London to live in.

A great one bedroom garden flat

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.

Please note this is my actual home and not a let and therefore personal items such as photographs are on display. Only small well behaved dogs allowed.
