The Stone House is located in a quiet part of the city, right next to the Orljava River and a beautiful promenade, surrounded by greenery and trees. It consists of a ground floor containing two apartments. Sports fields and a children's playground are a 2-minute walk from the Stone House. The stone house is protected as a cultural monument, it is well insulated and therefore, it does not and must not have air conditioning. The house has a large yard with a barbecue and a large free parking lot. PET FRIENDLY. It's an 8-minute walk to the city center.

We have 3 beds for adults + 2 children in the house If you want to experience peace and quiet in untouched nature or enjoy walks through the woods, go on excursions and visit the beauties of Slavonia, this is the right place for you! Our family farm offers you full board if you wish. At our family farm you can go sightseeing of domestic animals, excursions or tours (sights, landscapes, etc.) We also offer transportation to/from our vacation home. For all those who like to walk, hike and enjoy nature, Potjeh is an ideal place to rest. Peace, quiet, greenery and a pleasant ambience will provide every guest with the necessary relaxation. Fully equipped 80m2 house with a heated terrace (in winter) of 45m2. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, and on the terrace a large barbecue with all the equipment and wood. A baby cot is available upon request. Private parking in the yard. The yard is completely fenced.

The house features one bedroom with a double bed, an additional bedroom with a single bed, a kitchen, a living room (the sofa can be converted into a double bed), a bathroom, and a terrace. For groups larger than 5 but less than 9, additional space is available to accommodate up to 4 more guests, ensuring privacy for all visitors.
