Beautiful bright house from 1926 with large social areas and modern living only 20 min from the city center by bike or public transportation. A playground just across the street and a lovely garden with 3 sitting areas for outdoor meals (one on the terrass on the 1st floor outside the masters bedroom with eveningsun). A beach at only 15 min walking distance along the beautiful shore, great for jogging. Several nice restaurants, icecream and coffee shop, supermarket and tram station at 500 m.

It is located in a very green, nice and safe area, 10-20 minutes walk to lakes where you can swim or hang out at the beach. The house has a garden and two terraces where you can have dinner and enjoy the sun. The house is in three storeys, you need to be able to walk the stairs.
