Cozy farmhouse in wooded outskirts

A beautiful farmhouse on the eight castles route is located near the Pieterpad and the two Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. Great for cyclists, hikers, nature lovers and families. This farm is on the edge of the largest nature reserve of the Geldersche Achterhoek "the Grote Veld" and next to the Wildenborchse forest, on the border of Lochem and Vorden. The farmhouse has a spacious kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a large private garden overlooking the meadows and the forest.

Klein Landlust

'Klein Landlust' ligt aan de rand van het dorp en is een geschikte uitvalbasis voor wandelaars, fietsers, natuur- en cultuurliefhebbers. Kinderen kunnen zich vermaken in het, om de hoek gelegen Plantenbos, takken zoeken, hutten bouwen. In het dorp is zomers een verwarmd zwembad. Een supermarkt vindt u op loopafstand, daar is ook een laadpaal voor elektrische auto's. Koffie en thee staan voor u klaar! Badkamer is verwarmd, als ook 1 van de slaapkamers. Dekens en kruiken zijn aanwezig.

The Yellow House 1910

Unique heritage accommodation in the Achterhoek! A comfortable accommodation has been realized in an artist studio from 1910 since the summer of 2025. Quietly located in an oasis of greenery and yet right in the center of Zelhem. Pool, cafes, restaurants, shops and bus stop within walking distance. It is an ideal base for walks, bike rides through the beautiful scenic landscape of the Achterhoek or a visit to atmospheric places such as Doesburg, Bronckhorst, Vorden and Zutphen.

B & B De Rozengracht

Our B&B is located in a lovely garden on the city canal of the historic town of Doesburg, close to the city center and the IJsselkade. Free parking is available on our own, enclosed property, bicycles can be stored under cover. You can enjoy the nice place on the water and the garden house. Breakfast is ready for you in the fridge. In Doesburg, you will find nice restaurants, shops and museums. Or visit the Achterhoek, Veluwe, Arnhem and Zutphen, a nice mix of culture and history!

Het Quilthuisje, a unique home in the countryside

In the outdoor area, between Zutphen and Vorden, there is a sandy path, surrounded by the fields of Hackfort and the Waliën, the Quilthuisje. The cottage owes its name to the old resident, who spent the last 20 years working with her quilting work almost daily at the large table. In addition to quilting, she and her husband acted in antique dolls, silk, lace, glassware and toys. Of course, he was also a puppy doctor. The accommodation is still fully furnished in this style.

You can find this beautiful vacation home in the middle of the woods in the Achterhoek. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice place to relax and unwind, to enjoy the greenery and discover the surroundings. There's a large forest garden with trampoline and a playhouse with swings. In the garden, a few different seats, a small fire can be fired. In consultation, an early check-in is usually possible around 12 o'clock and a late check-out around 15 hours.
