A beautiful farm on the eight-castles route, is located near the Pieterpad and the two Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. Ideal for cyclists, hikers, nature lovers and families. This farm is located on the outskirts of the largest nature reserve of the Geldersche Achterhoek "Het Grote Veld" and next to the Wildenborchse forest, on the border of Lochem and Vorden. The farmhouse has a spacious kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a large private garden overlooking the meadows and the forest.

Farm Witzand

The cottage is located outside the village of Barchem in the middle of the meadows and the hills. The Lochemse Berg and surrounding areas offer great opportunities for hiking, running, mountain biking, cycling or just to unwind in the middle of nature. You can enjoy complete privacy; the only ones besides yourself are the cows that roam freely in the pastures. Tuurplek

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos en twee biggen. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Luister muziek, via bluetooth of LP speler en tuur om je heen...

Telefoon uit, korte broek aan, ga je mee verwilderen? Ontdek op onze boerderij hoe natuur en landbouw samen gaan. Het stikt hier van de beestjes en het platteland daagt je uit. Kijk rond op het erf of geniet van de zon. Max 4vol +2 kids <12jr. Kids 2-12 jr als volwassen invoeren. 2pers reservering = 2persbed +€25 = extra 2pers bed.

Dit sfeervolle huisje ligt aan de rand van het prachtige landgoed het Zand in de Achterhoek Pleisterplaats voor Pieterpad wandelaars/fietsers. Een rustig plekje met eigen tuin en veel privacy. Perfect voor wie er even alleen tussenuit wil om rust en natuur te combineren. Beschikt over 1 slaapkamer, slaapbank in de woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, kleine maar fijne badkamer en gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Klein Landlust

'Klein Landlust' ligt aan de rand van het dorp en is een geschikte uitvalbasis voor wandelaars, fietsers, natuur- en cultuurliefhebbers. Kinderen kunnen zich vermaken in het, om de hoek gelegen Plantenbos, takken zoeken, hutten bouwen. In het dorp is zomers een verwarmd zwembad. Een supermarkt vindt u op loopafstand, daar is ook een laadpaal voor elektrische auto's. Koffie en thee staan voor u klaar! Badkamer is verwarmd, als ook 1 van de slaapkamers. Dekens en kruiken zijn aanwezig.

Voel de rust als je binnenstapt. Deze suite in de Black Barn is perfect voor één of twee gasten die willen onthaasten. De ramen halen het Achterhoekse bos naar binnen en de zachte tinten zorgen voor directe ontspanning. De ramen geven je een panoramisch uitzicht. De badkamer heeft een royale inloopdouche voor extra luxe. Buiten wacht de natuur: mountainbike parcours, wandelroutes en eindeloze gravelpaden liggen naast de deur. Extra ontspannen? Our B&B is located in a lovely garden on the city canal of the historic town of Doesburg, close to the city center and the IJsselkade. Free parking is available on our own, enclosed property, bicycles can be stored under cover. You can enjoy the nice place on the water and the garden house. Breakfast is ready for you in the fridge. In Doesburg, you will find nice restaurants, shops and museums. Or visit the Achterhoek, Veluwe, Arnhem and Zutphen, a nice mix of culture and history!

Het Quilthuisje, a unique home in the countryside

In the countryside, between Zutphen and Vorden, on a dirt road, surrounded by the farmlands of Hackfort and the Waliën, lies the Quilthuisje. The cottage owes its name to the former resident, who has been working on her quilting almost daily at the large table for the past 20 years. In addition to quilting, she and her husband traded in antique dolls, silk, lace, glassware and toys. Of course, he was also a doll doctor. The accommodation is still fully furnished in this style.

The Yellow House 1910

Unique heritage accommodation in the Achterhoek! In an artist's studio from 1910, a comfortable lodging has been realized since the summer of 2025. Quietly located in an oasis of greenery and yet right in the center of Zelhem. Swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shops and bus stop within walking distance.
