Townhome holiday rentals in Brookhaven

Very comfortable, lovely furniture, great beds, adjustable temperature for each area. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The stairs are are narrow, maybe tricky for some guests with mobility issues. The outdoor spaces are fantastic and private. Safe area with lots to do. Highly recommend for family or small groups!

After I checked in, my cell phone automatically gained access to Wi-Fi. Then, I realized that I lived here once, three years ago! The experience is as good as before. The kitchen has cooking tools so that we can cook meals like steak, ribs, milkshake, and banana pudding. I hope the curtains in the bedrooms are thicker so that we won't be wakened up by the sunlight in the morning.

Sherri was a great host. The location is very walkable to everything in Cos Cob.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Bobby was great! Very friendly and responsive. He lives downstairs so that was nice to know that he was there if we needed anything. The location was great. Very close to the beach & boardwalk which were both very clean and felt safe. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is a large flight of stairs to climb when you get into the unit, which was fine for us but would be difficult for anyone with a stroller or physical disability. We would definitely stay again though and had a great time. Thank you, Bobby!

Fantastic host and a great value in Queens! Conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to commute to Manhattan. Highly recommend both the host and the location.

I kind of don’t want to say how wonderful Christine is as a host and how comfortable I felt staying in her home because I don’t want her to be fully booked the next time I need to go back for a stay. She has quickly become a friend and has taken better care of me than most. The place is so pretty and she is charismatic, inviting, inclusive, and thoughtful. If you don’t want that, go somewhere else. I stayed with her for several months and I will never find a better host. The rooms are clean, there is plenty of closet and cupboard space. The bathrooms are immaculate and spacious. I won’t say more because I want to go back. Don’t take my spot!☺️😉

ABSOLUTELY recommend Arden's place. She is a stellar host and her home is so well appointed and comfortable, loved the bed and 5 star bedding. Walkable location to town, train, harbor etc. as a bonus. YES!

We rented this airbnb to stay at for a concert we were seeing at Citi Field. The location of the airbnb was nice, as it was situated near the stadium and made it easy to get to and from. Zain was very responsive when we had questions, and at one point even checked in on us. If we were to come back for another visit, we will definitely see if this one is available again! Thank you!

Akuvi's home was very clean, well- stocked and a great size for our group of 5 while we were in town for my sons college graduation. A great value alternative to limited hotels in the area. Super convenient location to both campus in Bronxville and NYC. thanks for your hospitality, Akuvi!

I'd love to stay here again anytime, perfect place for 4 people for a New York visit! There was only one negative aspect, which was mentioned in previous reviews, but it was really noticeable that the residents on the upper level were very loud even in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, all the noise sounded like it was happening right next to us. This was quite disturbing. Despite this, the accommodation itself was great and we thank Amalia!

Dew drop inn was a great space for our family. It was very clean and had all of the amenities for a small family. Also, the one time I had a question, Jana was very responsive. We will definitely be back again when we come back to visit family.
