Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Tamson House

Tamson House is a beautiful, environmentally low-impact house set on 22 wooded acres in the rural town of Guilford in upstate New York. It features a large, open floor plan, many windows offering lots of natural light and views of the surrounding woods from every room. A screened in porch and a large back deck allow you to enjoy the outdoors from the house in comfort. The River House on the upper West Branch
