Holiday rentals with breakfast in Broomhall

Lovely house in a great location. Close to town amenities and the attractions of the Peak District. Also within close walking distance are coffee shops, supermarkets, delis etc. We had a lovely stay here for 2 weeks visiting family and friends in the area. Great base. Bekah and family were fantastic with their communication and were very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again if available for our trips.

I had a very nice stay at Nicola's place. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. I would recommend Mill House.

This is a beautiful home. I could park my bike in the garage, walk to the Botanical Gardens which is literally on the other side of the road! There were little informative and helpful notes for guests re: use of the kitche and wifi etc. Everyhing was easy and super well communicated. Shelley was fabulously helpful; she 'rescued me' when I forgot my keys at her house and didn't realise until I had gotten to the station. She drove them to me when I got lost trying to retrace my steps! Thank you so so much!

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

We had a great stay with Brian in his very comfortable home. Brian was very friendly and welcoming and gave very helpful local suggestions. The room had everything we needed and the adjacent shower room was sparklingly clean. Brian made a delicious breakfast that was one of the highlights of our stay. Darley Dale is very close to Matlock, which has lots of attractions, bars and restaurants and in the other direction is the beautiful town of Bakewell, which is also worth a visit. We’d throughly recommend staying at Brian’s and hope to be back ourselves soon.

Sarah's place was very quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Ideal for working at Chatsworth. the local shops are very local. There’s a lovely Chinese and chip shop. Parking is good outside Sarah‘s home. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. 20 minutes from Chesworth and 20 minutes to the M1. Brilliant.

We all had the most amazing time staying at Richard’s wonderful and exquisite spacious house and the wonderful nature and manicured garden was a treat and we spent most evenings sat outside and enjoyed a couple of very enjoyable barbecues. Plenty of nice places to visit, lovely places to eat and superb butchers, bakeries and an amazing ice cream parlour (yummy Yorkshire). The scenery and countryside is breathtakingly beautiful. Would love to return again.

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

Beautiful small annex with comfy bed and everything we needed. Sue was a friendly and helpful host who made sure we had everything and were settled in. She has her lovely art work displayed around the apartment and it is a cosy space. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I had a great stay at Neil’s place. Super clean neat and tidy. Communication with Neil is excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer and I highly recommend his accommodation to fellow travellers visiting Sheffield.

Perfect spacious studio! The neighbourhood is excellent, cute shops and cafés, bus stops just minutes away. And Elisabeth was so helpful with local recommendations.

1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

Just stayed the one night whilst visiting children who are at the university. Really liked location, with parking too. Coop at the top of the road for supplies, although Grant left us a good range of essentials in the flat. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is lovely, enjoyed the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Very quiet for city centre. We have booked again!

Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. Very impressed

Peter is a really nice guy and very easy to get on with. I had communicated with him on line before my visit and explained why I was in the area. He loaned me a copy of a book associated with where I was going which was very thoughtful. He also provided items for breakfast which was very kind as well. All of the accommodation was as described and everything was clean and tidy. Off street parking and a pub that serves excellent food directly opposite. Wonderful!

Jane was an incredible host and so hospitable. The breakfast in the morning was great and so were her suggestions for hikes and local spots. Would definitely love to stay again!

We loved our stay. The walk that Ian recommended was splendid, especially the dip in the river at the end! Very accommodating with dietary requirements and lovely fresh fruit as part of the breakfast. Wonderful hosts.

Lovely B&B in peaceful and stunning surroundings. Our room was beautifully decorated, with a very comfy bed and spacious bathroom with great shower. We had the most delicious breakfast and it was nice just to wake up and not go hunting for a place to eat breakfast! My favorite part was sitting on the terrace in the mornings with my coffee or chatting with our hosts! You are nestled away in the country but Bakewell is right nearby to shop and eat. We will definitely return again to this magical place.

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

A lovely , homely stay Jenny and Chris were perfect hosts . Location is ideal for exploring the Peak District .

I really enjoyed my stay! Angela was very welcoming and friendly, and had great recommendations for my stay. The place was beautiful and was a good base for some amazing hikes.

Andrea was very helpful and proactive in contacting us and keep us happy wit the setup. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet up with Andrea. Maybe one next time.

Where do I start? This place was incredible and exactly as advertised. Rachael is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. The bathroom was modern, clean and had a decent shower. My room was provided with a towel and even a little sweet upon arrival. The little thoughtful features didn’t stop there. In the morning there was toast and cereal to have as well as hot drinks. The best part was that the table was cutely set with bowls, plates, cups and cutlery for us all to sit and have breakfast together. Unfortunately, I was off out earlier than everyone else but it was the thought that counted. I attended many events at Sherwood Forrest and I will 100% be back. Peter
