Au coeur des vignes de sud Charente cette belle maison fait partie d'une ancienne propriété viticole. Havre de paix et tranquillité, le logement (120m2) est parfait pour un séjour de repos et pour découvrir notre belle région . On a hillside amidst the beautiful cognac vineyards of south Charente this lovely private house forms part of a former vineyard property. A perfect hideaway for a relaxing visit, the 120m2 house is spacious, peaceful and ideally placed for exploring this lovely region.

The Old Bank - Apartment Two

A lovingly renovated and sun filled apartment in the old bank. Sitting on the top floor of the bank, this apartment allows for stunning panoramic views. Your front door is just a few strides from the square, with a butchers, bakers, shop, tabac, bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill will bring you to the Subterranean Church and then a little way on is the River Dronne which has a beach and grass area to its side, not forgetting the bar/cafe which is open all through summer.

La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha et transats pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Lodge on the water in Dordogne

A floating lodge, lost in the middle of a private pond in the middle of nature. Here, no neighbors, no noise, just water, calm and koi carp gliding beneath your feet. Equipped with every comfort: double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, terrace, barbecue, video projector with Netflix/Prime, satellite wifi. Access by electric motorboat. No swimming, no fishing: just the pleasure of slowing down.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles.
