Our Milroy Mansion sits on quiet street off of Rt 322 just 30 min from State College. The home was renovated between 2022-23 with new flooring, windows, metal roof, and paint inside and out. We are pet friendly. A small part of the yard has been fenced in and a dog run connects to the storage shed. The 10x20 shed has room for storage if needed. The property is minutes from Kish creek a well-known class A trout stream. Great restaurants nearby. Covered porch, gas grill and fire pit.
