The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Ocean View is a stunning air-conditioned self-catering holiday house offering a sweeping panorama of beautiful Vivonne Bay, with the acclaimed beach just a couple of minutes walk away. The décor is modern with a bright & airy ambience. There are two queen bedrooms and a bunkroom with four single beds. The kitchen is equipped with new Miele appliances and includes an espresso machine. Free WiFi and a smart TV with Foxtel are provided along with a Bluetooth music system. Diverse wildlife abounds.

Brownlow Beach Shack

The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).
