Ausgezeichnete Lage der Wohnung. Vor unserer Reise schickten uns die Eigentümer viele Informationen über Dubrovnik und die Umgebung .Auch ein Video zur Anfahrt zum Apartment. Sehr sauber und ich habe alles gehabt was ich brauchte! tolle Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse, wo wir gefrühstückt haben ! Ich bin mit der Reise und der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen!!! Vielen Dank Ana und Stefan !

Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Öncelikle Kotor mükemmel bir yerdi. Tekrar gitmek için planlar yapmaya başladık bile. Dragan harika bir ev sahibiydi. Bize tertemiz bir ev ve tüm imkanları sunmuştu. Üstelik son akşam yemeğinde bize sürpriz yaptılar harika bir akşam yemeği ikram ettiler çok mutlu olduk. Her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar geleceğiz 🌸❤️

Had such a fantastic time in Perast. Iva was the most lovely host and has a wonderful apartment (perfect for a single person or couple). I would not hesitate to return to Perast and book back in with Iva. A truly stunning location absolutely dripping with history and beauty. A true hidden gem 💎

Pero was super kind and helpful. The apartment is in a perfection location, closeby the Bellevue Beach and also the supermarkets. Being there was an amazing experience! 🙂

Das Apartment gehört wohl zu den schönsten in ganz Dubrovnik! Alles ist vollkommen neu und top eingerichtet. In Kombination mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht ist es einfach unschlagbar! Wir haben jede einzelne Sekunde dort genossen.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Un enorme merci a Maja et Devor pour leur accueil, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leurs bienveillance. L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick! Ich würde es wieder mieten! Es war fantastisch! Andjela und ihr Personal waren alle sehr sehr freundlich! Kann es nur weiter empfehlen! War echt sehr schön ☺️

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Dubrovnik area! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to pool towels, everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch: a gorgeous private pool, comfortable lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels for everyone. Every detail was clearly considered to make guests feel at home. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — offering local tips and accommodating our requests. Their hospitality made the experience feel so personal and special. The location was perfect too — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and stunning beaches.

Villa Diana has one of the most beautiful outside spaces we have experienced in an AirB&B. A lovely pool surrounded by amazing plants and flowers covered with butterflies. The outside seating areas are lovely too, with views of the mountains in the distance. The outside dining area is shaded under a grapevine and the other seating area consists of sofas and a parasol - great for having a read and a cool drink. Having a covered carport was definitely a bonus in the heat! Inside, the house was clean and had all the bits and bobs that make settling in easy. The fridge freezer was a good size and the air con was great. A short walk from the villa takes you in to Zaton, where there are some restaurants, a bakery, a shop and two pebble beaches for a refreshing dip - which we did every morning. One of the best trips we did was by boat from Zaton harbour around some of the islands, stopping off at caves to snorkel and at the sandy beach at Sunj. A day trip into Dubrovnik is a must too!

Le logement correspond totalement à la description. l'environnement est exceptionnel, la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse, la chambre et la piscine est extraordinaire. Marija est toujours disponible, nous proposant une très belle excursion en bateau et nous avons ou profiter des figues du jardin! je recommande totalement ce logement

We stayed at Tonci’s place for a week. The place is as lovely as on the photos. It makes you feel immediately at home, and it has everything you need for a nice and relaxed stay. It is in a calm area not far from Dubrovnik and with a beautiful garden. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and elegantly done. Tonci’s mother, Mrs Helena, welcomed us with some home made products and set a tone for the rest of the stay! We appreciated the personal touch very much!

Lage und Ausblick waren sehr schön. Etwas schade, das es nur mit Kunstrasen umgeben ist und der Zaun das Grundstück nicht vollständig umfasst! Das benachbarte Restaurant war sehr nett, gut fußgängig erreichbar und aber nicht zu hören. Was uns gefehlt hat waren eigene Poolhandtücher, aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tout s’est très bien passé pendant notre séjour. L’hôte nous a très bien accueillis, avec gentillesse et disponibilité. Merci encore pour les recommandations et les conseils qui nous ont été très utiles. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Wie wurden von Betina persönlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Wir haben gleich gemeinsam gelacht und es war super herzlich! Fast wie zu Hause. Ein Abendbrot und ein toller Obstkorb haben auch auf uns gewartet! Betina war für uns immer zu erreichen, wir haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants und für Ausflüge auf der Insel bekommen und haben dadurch Ecken gefunden, die viele Touristen nicht kennenlernen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Terrasse geliebt. Vor allem, den großen Grill, auf dem wir Fisch gegrillt haben! Ein Urlaub bei Betina ist ein Urlaub wie bei Freunden! Es war so schön! Danke nocheinmal!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
