There you can relax, enjoy the sound of the river and log off from the hustle and bustle. Good comfortable beds (1 double bed, 1 single bed and the possibility to set up 1 extra bed), soft warm duvets and pillows, sheepskin and wood-fired stove. If you need a refreshing bath, you can take it in one of the many pools by the river that flows by the camp.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

The perfect place to stay if you want to go fishing in the fjords or venture out to the North sea. Boat rental is available just a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is big enough for two families and has all of the accomodations one could need. You can find a beautiful sandy beach in walking distance, here you can also rent kayaks or stand up padle boards. The hotell next to the cabin offers restaurant, bar and spa facilities.
