I loved the space: modern, cool, illuminated and very quiet. Despite not having air conditioning, the ventilation is excellent and feels very nice. Carlos is a very attentive and friendly person, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be back. :)

We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice

They understood in a good way an accident we had that affected a decoration (which was compensated financially). They have a person in charge who knows the details of the property and the operation of appliances and accessories to support us in the accommodation

Very comfortable apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out time, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozy. The kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils; dishware, pots, blender, microwave oven and all the toilet. Travelers may expect that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms although there is no internet connection, no sound equipment, no iron, otherwise, a great place.

Camilo's place is spacious, with lots of light, cool breezes, and two open spaces, a very large terrace and a balcony, both of which offer great views. Taken all together, it makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!
