Holiday rentals with a patio in Budapest

The whole process was seamless. Checked in easily. Apartment location is excellent; access to bus, metro and trams within minutes walk. (Get a 72 hour travel pass from machine or Budapest Go app!). We also walked into the touristy area in less than 30 minutes. On evenings when we didn't want to go far, the main drag Bartok Bela has lots of cool little bars, gelateria and restaurants. There is massive covered market 5 mins away if you want fresh produce. It also has a food court for eating in or taking away. Enjoy Budapest! We did!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—easily accessible by public transit, making it convenient to explore Budapest. We especially loved the private rooftop patio, which was a great place to relax. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and each one we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable, and the large terrace was absolutely amazing with a beautiful view. The location couldn't be better – just a short walk to public transportation (metro or tram) and several great bars and cafes right on the street. Despite being so central, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Everything worked perfectly and matched the description online. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return in the future. We'll definitely be recommending this place to our friends!

Amazing location, very straightforward communication, very calm neighbourhood. Only things to improve, considering cost-benefit is more comfy mattress and piliow.

Dejlig lejlighed med skøn tag terrasse- desværre var det lidt blæsende men på en sommerdag vil den være fuldstændig fantastisk. Havde været fantastisk hvis lejligheden lå nærmere centrum, men det vidste vi godt på forhånd. Kvarteret var ikke så spændende men der var både bager, kiosk, kiosk og slagter så alle fornødenheder kunne handles nemt. Vi har nydt opholdet og det har været en fornøjelse at være i dialog med udleder. Hurtig respons og klare svar. Jeg ville klart gerne leje lejligheden igen når jeg forhåbentlig skal tilbage til Budapest igen en dag

전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다! 호스트께서 얼리 체크인을 허락해주셔서 일정에 여유가 생겼고, 피드백도 매우 빠르고 친절하게 응답해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그런데도 가장 감동적이었던 건 **“위치가 정말, 너무너무 좋았다”**는 점이에요! 부다페스트 시내 중심지에 위치해 있어 관광지, 맛집, 대중교통, 쇼핑까지 모두 도보로 이동 가능했습니다. 부다페스트를 여행한다면 이 위치만큼 완벽한 곳은 없다고 생각해요. 최고의 입지 조건입니다! 다만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 청소 상태였습니다. 세탁기 세제 투입구와 주방 싱크대 주변에 약간의 기름때와 찌꺼기가 남아 있었던 점은 조금 더 신경 써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 좋은 숙소 덕분에 부다페스트에서 매우 편하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

A gem of a place, perfect for a couple. Secure, up on the 6th floor with an efficient lift. The studio itself, well up to expectations, spotlessly clean, new Ikea furniture and fittings - and very well equipped. Very close to main tram routes 4 and 6 yet distant enough that we did not hear the racket. A Lidl nearby, approx. 8 minutes walk. Restaurants , mainly pizza and burgers though.

It was an amazing place. Had a great time and photos doesn’t justify the view it has more than a photo place it’s very very beautiful place with the amazing view. Apart is super clean and beautiful.

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Everything was very good! The house big and clean, like at the photos. The yard is also big, a good surprise was that there were a lot of toys, scooter, children bikes. The owner of the place is very nice and answered quickly. It was an issue with a roller blinds - they were not working on the first floor. Andras came and was trying to fix them several times. When he understood that he could not make it he presented us a bottle of a good wine. It was a great gesture. And one more thing, we thought that we rent the whole house, but appeared that the owner also lease one room that is situated a bit separate. So we were not alone and it was surprise for us 😀 Maybe it was said somewhere and I missed it, but nevertheless. Everything else was great! I will recommend this place!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

The property offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The spacious house is ideally suited for families with children. Weiyi, the host, is exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing prompt responses and demonstrating genuine care for her guests. My family, including my wife, father, and young daughters, thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would gladly return during future visits to Budapest.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

Nagyon szuper és tiszta volt minden. Kifogástalan, ízlésesen berendezett lakás. Szívesen visszatérünk még. A szállásadó rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt.

My wife and I stayed at Géza És Márta’s place for three nights in June 2025. We absolutely loved the Apt and would gladly stay again if we visit Budapest. The Apt is absolutely perfect for a visit to beautiful Budapest; it is large, modern and had everything we needed during our stay. Of the many things that stood out, the place was the cleanest we have ever stayed in - Immaculate! Our hosts were always available, helpful and friendly, and we loved how they provided short videos explaining how to park, enter and even use the appliances. I wish every host did this. They were also super kind and flexible with check-in and check-out. The secure, underground parking and washing machine were also very much appreciated. One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in!

Great gated and safe location. The apartment is very quiet and looks onto a peaceful little greenbelt. The instructions were very clear, the apartment easy to enter and there was great communication from the host(s).

Wir ( Paar 55+ )waren eine Woche in Budapest. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hatte einen schönen Balkon zum Innenhofgarten. Es war ruhig obwohl man in der City war. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wir haben dort bestens geschlafen. Die Kommunikation war 1A!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.....vielleicht bis bald.

Eine schöne sehr zentrale Wohnung. Trotz der Lage inmitten von Bars und Restaurants sehr ruhig und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Ben hat schnell geantwortet und es gab auch Empfehlungen für Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir können Bens Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Short holiday but we had the feeling that we are home. Very cozy . Ms.Eszter Anna gave us instructions and helped us with informations. The apartment is even beautifel than the pictures Free parking garage Location is in the town center, at 800m of Parlament. Quiet place . The 2 bycicles are a plus, as you can travel easier in Budapest with them. We will come back every time when we can as this place is top 👌

A szállás nagyon családias, szép rendezett és csendes környéken volt. A hely tiszta volt, és a konyha is felszerelt főzésre is alkalmas. A sarkon van egy Spar, illetve közelben van egy metró megálló szóval minden adott. Ajánlom mindenkinek szívesen.

Gábor & his wife were extremely kind and responsive! They were flexible with check in and check out, even waking up before 6 just to get to the apartment so I could check out for an early flight. They personally handed me the keys and showed me the apartment, and everything was as listed. The apartment is gated so my friend and I felt safe and secure. Would stay again if in Budapest in the future!

We had a blast at Zhu’s apartment! It was spacious, close to lots of points of attraction, a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. We walked almost everywhere from there, which makes it a great housing option for those who want to explore the city by foot. The place was clean, we had all the necessities there and Zhu was very responsive & easy to talk to.
