Zoran was a very caring host, he responded quickly to our questions. It was a home center, 5 minutes' walk from Budva old town and Mogren beaches. It was also very nice to be able to watch the Adriatic sea view from the balcony. Having a parking lot was a big advantage for us. The house was spotless and everything was thought of in the kitchen. My stay at these beautiful apartments was exceptional! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great place, Zorica was very helpful with her recommendations on where to visit, and quick responses, highly recommend the place. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and the apartment itself is very comfortable, clean with all amenities working.

Ljubica was a really kind and caring host. The house was spotless and the decoration was also very beautiful. The location was ideal for us; we could easily reach anywhere we wanted to go with the car we rented. The sea view from the balcony was really fascinating. Also, having a pier belonging to the house was a big plus — it was great to be able to swim whenever we wanted. We were very happy with our vacation. A house that we will definitely prefer again on our next visit.

They made my partner's birthday extra special with a lovely surprise: honestly the best hosts you could wish for. An absolute gem with perfect location next to everything you need in Budva. Private, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Thank you for the friendly and quick help in every situation. Jelena and Nikola managed to make our vacation a highlight despite the late arrival and personal start-up difficulties. The two are super nice and friendly without being intrusive. The boat trip with Nikola was great! The house is located in a nice fishing village, the sea right at the doorstep. You can hear the ferry and the road, but they didn't bother us. The ferry is free, we used it for shopping and restaurant visits. Thank you for the great. Stay! We'd love to come back!!

A real corner of paradise, I confirm all the previous positive comments! Such a human-scale, calm and flowery environment, with direct access to the sea from the pretty terrace, without a road to cross, is absolutely unique in Montenegro. The accommodation is very well supplied and maintained. Jelena was proactive and very available. We had an unforgettable stay 😊

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Great accommodation - beautiful view of the water. Bed is very comfortable. Good starting point to walk to Perast or to explore the opposite by car. At the beginning of June, the season seems to be starting slowly. There was everything you need in the area.

We had a fabulous few days here. What a little gem. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. Sandra was close at hand and very responsive if we needed advice but we still had our privacy. The property is ideally situated. Close to Old Town but far enough away in a tranquil setting to enjoy a few hours by the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning.
