Holiday rentals with breakfast in Budva Municipality

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

A lovely place to stay. We were able to have our dinners and breakfasts at the villa, with good food cooked by the hosts (and home made alcohol too!). If you want to do a boat trip on Lake Skadar, speak to Dragan as he organized that for us with a local friendly guide. We had initially looked to stay in Virpazar and were glad we chose this place instead, it was nice being more on the outskirts of the town.

Central location. Convenient to everywhere in the town.

Great hotel which feels very new and clean! Good quality breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Host was very friendly and responsive. One thing to keep in mind is there is limited parking but we were able to easily find a space. Maybe good to check with the host ahead of time if you are driving!

Maja was a super kind host who immediately showed her hospitality and flexibility. We felt very welcomed and accommodated - she made sure to check in multiple times with regards to cleaning needs, took a proactive approach with contact, and made sure to ask for any extra wishes that would make our stay more comfortable. The location itself is beautiful as well, just a short walk to the beach and the balcony with a sea view truly is one of the most marvellous days to start your mornings. Overall highly recommend.

Gufo Apart only commenced in May2019. The apartment was very spacious, new and clean. It can accomodate 2 people very well. Its also well equipped with washing machine and coffee maker, microwave, stove etc. There is a balcony with open view and comfortable to be outside for breakfast or can be useful to hang out laundry. If you are driving there is a indoor parking which is great. However, one thing to note is that you will need to contact the host (i did so by whatsapp) and ask him/her to come out to let you in the parking lot (everytime)by a card that you will not have. Everything was smooth as the reply from whatsapp was almost instantaneous. All in all a very comfortable stay and is exactly as pictures showed. The price is above other nearby airbnb options but you do get what you paid for and is well worth the "upgrade" in my opinion.

Great place to stay, very friendly and right next to the beach. I had a charger I bought from the shop exmobiles down the street and the hosts of this airbnb even lent me their own charger overnight. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic couple of nights staying on Marko’s estate. Marko is a great host and really makes an effort to make you feel welcome. We had a great breakfast on the terrace and also had the opportunity to sample some of Marko’s wines. The rooms are great and the apartment is perfectly located. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again Marko for your great hospitality.
