We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Lea's flat is recommended. She and her family were super nice to us. Lea is a very communicative person at all times pending and was quick to respond.

Our stay at this apartment was enjoyable and well-suited for the three of us. The accommodation met all our needs perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean and well-organized, with everything we needed provided, from kitchenware to bed linens. The location is fairly convenient. Although it was a bit farther than we initially expected, it was definitely manageable and not a major issue. The apartment is easy to find and self check-in/check-out was a breeze. The apartment matches the photos exactly, which was great. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, including some that are open 24/7, which was a nice bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We were able to adjust the number of guests before our arrival, and everything was arranged seamlessly. Overall, a great stay, definitely recommend it!

We had a good stay, all our expectations were met.

The location was really great, it was on a busy street and had shops, restaurants and the MegaMart grocery right downstairs which made for easy meal planning. With all the convenience right downstairs there was some noise because of early morning deliveries, but that is to be expected. Mera, the co-host was sooo helpful and nice, quick to respond with any questions, the apartment was large and very close to the beach boardwalk area, and we really enjoyed to balcony even without a beach view, the mountain view was quite nice and people watching was fun as well. We wish we had stayed longer in Budva.

Everything was perfect! The host was friendly and communicative, the place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Misha's apartment was great! Very spacious, good mattresses, everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of spare bath towels, beddings and linens. A large lounge sofa to really relax and at the same time with views to the fantastic bay/sea. We didn't have to leave the apartment because the view was more than enough for us. The apartment is in Becici, with a beautiful beach and the clearest water I have ever seen. You have to be able to walk for this accommodation and love walking if you don't want to take a taxi every time to get groceries. That might be because we rented for over a month. And every day we enjoyed, sun or rain... Supermarkets within walking distance. Our favorite was the Aroma supermarket just over the bridge to Budva. Walking along the beach to the Old Town of Budva was also a delight. Misha was always easily accessible for questions and he always tried to help and give advice. Very nice and warm contact!

Wonderful place. Near the old town and the bus stop to Sveti Stefan. Apartment is great, clean, and tidy. Nice stay in Budva.

An exceptional unit in upper Budva with a helpful and responsive host, Nada. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it, especially for digital nomads or other long-term stays. Though a bit of a walk from Old Town (~25 minutes), everyday life amenities like grocery stores, a gym, and high-quality and affordable restaurants are easily accessible. The unit has two terraces with lovely views, and the apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated, even better than the pictures. We stayed for a month with our dog and were very happy with our choice. We also had great interactions with the host, who went above and beyond to try to meet our needs. Highlighted features: strong wifi, quality AC, good-sized shower, washing machine, and nice views. Could be improved with a microwave for us lazy chefs :)

Nice apartment in a new house on the ground floor. Each room is air-conditioned and has everything you need for life. 7 minutes to the sea. The only negative is the small volume boiler.

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

Czy 2 BR apartment in the small complex with 2 pools, gorgous views from the balcony large enough to seat 4 people. Used 2nd BR as a walk in closet as storage in the main BR was limited. The only downside was a smoking neighbor so we had to shut the windows early in the morning before his/her first cigarette.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

Sabina and her husband were fantastic hosts. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and she was always available for any questions and concerns we had. She also left us recommendations for the area. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Especially the terrace is lovely to have breakfast on. The pool is small but nonetheless perfect to cool down in and the view is stunning. From the apartment to Budva it's 10 min by car where also the supermarket, beach and restaurant are. We found it nice to be apart from Budva in a quiet area. All in all definitely recommendable!

Very nice apartment, everything as in the offer, very clean, all the appliances available. Location is good but with child it is hard to walk there as it is quite high and there is no pavement. Nice view from the apartment. I forgot to mention before the arrival that we need a baby bassinet and the owner brought it to us within half an hour.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.
