Off-street parking allows easy access to adventure outside of the village with Niagara Falls & the Bills Stadium just a 20-30 min. drive/Uber away!

Best Location- walk to everything/20 mins to Falls

Our Historic home is in the lovely Elmwood Village and on Buffalo Olmsted Parkway with art galleries, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. Our rental is for the top-floor of the home with a separate side entrance. Perfect for up to six(we are very strict with the number of people allowed to stay. No Parties and absolutely no smoking including vape pens/e-cigarettes). We live in a separate area but are rarely seen unless needed. You have your own entrance and plenty of parking.

Welcome to Buffalo, and our newly remodeled apartment. This upper 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has all new floors, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom (2021). One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a single bed with a pull out single "trundle bed" underneath. All have new mattresses and linens (June 2021). The apartment is bright, spacious, and well equipped. Located on popular Hertel Avenue, there are many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.
