Pretty good experience, clear instructions from the owner, clean environment and toilet, relatively well-equipped kitchen, the room is a private cinema when the curtains are drawn, there are rich second generation snack shops and various restaurants nearby, very convenient, there are a lot of vehicles on the roads nearby so it is not recommended to walk, overall a great experience, highly recommended👍🏻

We had a very comfortable stay at Urban Suites - the unit was very new and clean with beautiful views of the mountains and city. Host was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. We loved the amenities available onsite and the two infinity pools and gym access was a great addition to our stay. Would have preferred if the rooms were a little bit larger as it did seem pretty tight - especially tough if you have luggage as there isn't a lot of space in the rooms to place them. If you're a digital nomad and need working space, there is a large dining table that you can work from (an extension cord is needed to plug in your laptop). There are a few eateries within walking area but for the most part, we took a Grab into town most days which was not an issue for us as we liked the tranquil area the unit was located in.

Had a great stay! The place was super clean, private, and really cosy—just what I was looking for. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was responsive and friendly. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. They tried their best to resolve all issues timely. Really appreciate the help and responsiveness. A great and comfy place to stay for the 9 of us.

Really great…. No hassle….simple and clear

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.
