The stay was gorgeous. Beautiful views and only a short drive to olongapo. Little markets and restaurants within the gated community that you could feel safe walking to alone. Overall we had a great time here at this villa.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Tuki Nest is very spacious. It’s ideal for family hangout/bonding. If you want to escape the city and be one with nature, this place is totally worth to stay in. Our host Tamara is very proactive and gives clear instructions from booking to checkout.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

Stayed at Casa Editha because of a concert in PH Arena (just 15-20 mins away). Place is as described, and spacious enough for 4 adults + 1 small dog. It is easy to find, in a secured and peaceful location, GrabFood is available, near different stores and establishments, so no worries on your daily needs. We will definitely book this place again!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very responsive host. has everything you need. 7 11 and grocery store downstairs. very convenient. behind Makati fire station so can be a little noisy on some nights with sirens but the host supplies ear plugs. aircon works great and kitchen has everything

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Raymart was the best host Ive experienced here on Airbnb in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. It was really appreciated. The apartment is lovely, on the 8th floor with all amenities. I picked here to stay relatively close to family in the Binondo area and to work remotely. the internet was extremely stable, around 100 Mbps download speed, and was exactly what I needed to work my remote IT job for the week there. if anyone needs a good place to remote work from in Manila I would recommend this one.
