Close to lively shopping street and the city sights, our street is quiet and offers a variety of restaurants, galleries, bio-stores and nice cafeterias. Just behind the corner you'll find one of the best vegetarian restaurants. The house is located between two major boulevards, both of which offer plenty of options for public transportation. Trams, trolleys, buses and the new subway are all less than 5-7 minutes walk! -2 minutes away from Vitosha Blvd which is the main pedestrian area full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. -5 minutes walk to the meeting point for the Free Sofia Tour. -5 minutes away from NDK - National Palace of Culture. The parking is infront of the house it costs 10 euro per 24 hours.

Its location is in close proximity to a Golf Course - 2 mins drive, makes it a perfect stop for golfers. One of the best Ski slopes in Bansko is at short 15 min drive from the resort, there is also a daily shuttle to the Gondola for the price of 10lv per person per day.
