Bor Village is located just above Sunny Day Beach It's a 10-minute walk from the house to the beach. The house is located in a forest, in the shade of large walnut and oak trees. In addition to having free parking spaces, the place also offers playgrounds for children, climbing frames and swings. Just 1.5 km from the house is the resort complex of St. Constantine and Helena with beaches, parks, post office and Lidl store. The drive to the Sea Garden of Varna is 12 minutes. The house has a barbecue and a portable fireplace.

The other tent is also by the lake shore, but costs less & is tucked away a little more, resulting in more of a "camping experience"

The villa has a fireplace and central heating.
