Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

Welcome to our spacious home, just blocks from Rotary Park, the Colorado River, lakes, and Laughlin casinos. The living room features an entertainment TV W/Roku. The dining area has a table for 4 and 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. Fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, and more. The master BR has a queen bed, with a BA with a double vanity sink and large walk-in shower. The 2nd/3rd BR have queen beds and share a BA. Enjoy garage access/driveway parking. Fully fenced backyard.

Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes: air fryer, blender, non stick pot ware, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot etc. Play the provided games (Monopoly, Jenga, Buzzed etc.) or watch one of the four TV's including the 65' Roku TV, with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

Perfect home and location!!! Clean, spacious with ample parking for boats, trailers all fenced in. Launching just few blocks from here. Private dock. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
