We invite you to vacation in the desert with the spirit of the ocean in our three bedroom and two bath retreat. The open concept living room has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The fenced yard has a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a wood fire pit. There is ample seating in both sun and shade surrounded by palm trees. Our air-conditioned home is in a gated community 90 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport and ten minutes across the river from Laughlin, Nevada.

"The Sundance Bullhead" is our family's desert utopia away from the hustle-and-bustle of life. We decided we couldn't keep this to ourselves and decided to open it up to families looking to create treasured memories during their trips to the river. Pool, spa, plenty of parking for all of you desert toys, plus nestled on a quiet but convenient street, the house has it all. It's a 5 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. Experience "The Sundance at Bullhead"!

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

At the end of our bumpy dirt road in the quirky rural neighborhood of SoHi the sound heard most often is birdsong. The sun hits our front porch in the morning, the best place to sip your coffee and enjoy the Cerbat Mountains at your feet. Our two acres offer a sampling of native plants and wildlife, and occasionally open range cattle wander by. The sunsets are amazing and on rare cloudy days we enjoy the lights in the valley. Dark skies are a big deal here, so make time for stargazing.

River Haven: Steps to private beach

Shangri-La Riversuites is located right on the Colorado River and 4 miles to Laughlin. River Haven is a newly renovated unit with updated finishes to ensure a comfortable stay. This unit has all hard surface flooring and is not pet friendly for those with sensitivities. The Colorado River is just steps away, as is our private beach for relaxing along the river. River Haven is very clean, comfortable and will provide a great space to explore the area or should you be working remotely.
