We love Strawberry and the river-Meadow view and this house is perfect for that access plus super easy for a ski vacation to get in and out onto the main road. The house is a wonderful combination of old cabin charm with all the modern comforts. A great family get away spot!

Shaun was an amazing host you can tell he really cares about his guest experience and does everything he can to make sure you have a great time. We had issue with not getting some hot water the first night and Shaun made sure to do everything he can to make sure it got fixed right away the next day it was fixed and everything was working great. He even made it right by giving us a good discount. I want to make it very clear that there was nothing wrong with Shaun’s place he just had people out to put in a new ac unit and they just forgot to turn the hot water heater back on. His home was amazing and you can tell he really try’s hard to make sure that his guest are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Our two families with 4 kids total had a great weekend stay here. The cabin is cute and cozy. The location to Dodge Ridge makes it so convenient. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed learning to cook on the vintage stove. Plenty of coffee and other spices, etc. The kids liked making an igloo on the snow-covered deck and we could watch them from the dining table. They also did a little sledding on the side hill. Bring your chains when it is snowy to get up the hill and into the driveway. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Situated in quiet neighborhood a block from the Stanislaus River. The house has been updated with great kitchen, beautiful patio area fully shaded by pine trees & access to fire pit. Kiddos loved playroom with door out to back patio. We highly recommend this home especially with the excellent service from Kristen. So friendly & helpful.

Valerie's place was wonderful. It's in a beautiful and peaceful location. Valerie provided alot of helpful details about the home, the location and things to do. It was so helpful. She checked in with us, the day after we checked in, just to make sure we were doing well. The home is stocked with everything you might need, even things you didn't know you would need. Our trip was a mother/son trip to celebrate my son's high school graduation. Valerie even left a bouquet of balloons for my son to congratulate him on his graduation. Such a thoughtful gesture. This place has everything you need and it’s walking distance to the Snow Park. That makes it convenient to get a few runs in the morning, go back to the cabin for lunch and rest and then go back to the Snow Park later on when the crowds die down. Been staying here every year since my grandkids were born and they always look forward to the trip.

This Cabin was awesome! The price was so good compared to others we looked at in the same area. The cabin was clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked good! The host was easy to work with. We played in the snow during the day and streamed movies at night. Pincrest Lake is about 5 minutes away. Leland snow play is about 12 minutes away. Both places were so much fun to go to. We walked to the restaurant and got pizza which was delicious. We walked to the store and got some treats. Our family had the best time. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back.
