Cottage is 100 yards from mile-long sandy beach and Minaun Cliffs - among highest in Europe. The Toolis family have lived here for over 400 years. The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

Cosy, comfortable cottage, quiet area by the sea,overlooking saula peir. Breathtaking views of Curran mountains.There is a small town called Achill Sound approx 4km away,where there is shops, cafe, supermarkets, 2 pubs, 2 hotels and bike hire. There are other great places to eat approx 12-15km away. Our Cottage is close to the greenway where you can walk or cycle. There is fantastic views along the Atlantic drive from. Clough more to Dooega, where you can see the Atlantic ocean for miles.

Hill top house

Immerse yourself in Achill Island, along the route of the Wild Atlantic Way! Our house is the perfect base for the adventure hungry family, and equally ideal for those who wish to take advantage of its seclusion on the North side of this breath taking island. With the majestic Slievemore mountain and the expanse of Blacksod Bay this village has captured the hearts of many. A walk along the sandy beach can clear the head of the most strung city slicker!

Comfortable and warm house which is well equipped with all utensils. It is situated in the centre of Keel village surrounded by all amenities. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store, butcher and chemist within walking distance. Keel's very own famous blue flag beach is situated right on the door step. Ideal location for water sports/outdoor activities or the perfect location for a romantic or peaceful getaway.

Ideal for country walks and a short drive to any of the 5 Blue Flag beaches. En-suite bathroom located off downstairs bedroom, with main family bathroom located upstairs. The Space Danny's Old Shop is an old Irish two-storey house, where tradition and contemporary fuse effortlessly. The house has been lovingly restored, and is decorated with art by local artists, and furnishings from our travels. It's relaxed, cosy atmosphere will quickly help you to unwind. It's an ideal escape for a romantic weekend or a family break.

Nestled between the mountains and the sea, Trá na Rón(the seals beach) is the perfect spot for a coastal escape on the beautiful, picturesque Wild Atlanic Way on Achill Island.
