Apartment holiday rentals in Bupyeong District

Great location and good host, she was very helpful, close to many restaurants, cafes and metro station. it has all the amenities including washing machine and dryer. Place is small but clean and tidy. For a first time in Seoul I will recommend this place for the easiness of moving around in Seoul.

The space is bigger than I expected and exceptionally clean. The bed is comfortable although the blanket was not super warm, the ondol floor heating was enough. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to do a late check out when we asked! The location is also very convenient, although it is on a bit of a hill it’s not anything too terrible. Noryangjin station is a great area pretty center to everything, about 30min in all directions. Just some things to note though, it is in the basement level however so it’s very dark when you wake up. And for some reason when I put the address into Naver Maps, it brought me to the north of the station but that’s wrong. Make sure you are going south and it’s across the street from a 7-11!

It was a clean and nice place to stay close to Jihechal. In particular, the host responded quickly and helped me a lot so that I didn't have any inconvenience in staying. I recommend it.

It was so nice to have everything I needed and close to the station.

The host provide a lot of information and clear instruction for check in procedure. The house is beautiful and clean. Extra towels were provide. My friends enjoyed watching Netflix at the house. We do have a memorial holiday in this place. Last but not least, I appreciate a lot because the host allow us to delay the check out time for an hour. We can have flexible time to pack our stuff and follow the instructions for final clean up.

Nice location and clean, highly recommend

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

This place was such a great find for us. This is our 3rd time in Seoul, and this was hand down the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Location was awesome, close to Hogik exit 9, and the airport bus (RYSE hotel), it is also extremely close to the main Hongdae area. The apartment was clean, and had enough space for 2 people and luggages. We were here for 11days, and loved it. We will definitely look to book again when we're back in Seoul next.

Very comfortable stay.It was adjacent to the market and felt lively and Korean life.I enjoyed watching the market.The location of the inn is also just a short walk from Bupyeong Market station, and there is a supermarket in the basement of the inn, making it convenient.There was a bed and a mattress in the room, and there was plenty of room to sleep.We went from Gimpo airport and it was relatively close.I recommend it.

We had a confortable in this really lovely accommodation. Many amenities were provided so we weren’t missing of anything . The neighbourhood is peaceful yet by walking for about 20-25 minutes, we can reach Hongdae where there is a lot of things to do. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!! :)

I stayed at this place for two weeks and felt very well taken care of there. Everything was as stated in the description and questions were answered quickly at all times.

Awesome location. Right next to exit 1 of Hongdae Station. The room has a huge window and an amazing view! Host is super nice and respond to messages quick.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

Even though it was a reservation I booked in a hurry, they were kind and quick to take care of me. And they treated me kindly, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for your consideration and attention to detail! The view was also great! It was cozy and comfortable to stay like a real family home. I recommend the accommodation.

It's near the subway station, so the location is good. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities. It's well-equipped with toiletries, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, and detergents, so you just need to bring your own clothes for long-term stays.

Se Hyuck’s place is located in the perfect location because although it is around 10 mins away from the busy Hongdae shopping street, the airbnb unit located in the quiet area of Yeonnamdong. There were lots of coffee shops and restaurants near the place, and there is even a pharmacy and Olive Young shop that is around 3 mins away. Se Hyuck was very responsive to my queries before and during the stay, and provided clear instructions for the check in and check out. He even met with us to explain the house rules the morning after we arrived. Would definitely stay in his place again during our next Korea visit!

Most amazing place ever

The host was very friendly, quick to respond, and the house was relatively clean.

Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a short stay as it's close to some great food spots. Transportation is also really close so you can get around Seoul rather easily.

It was so good! Thank you for being a kind host!!! I'll visit again if I come to Ansan next time.

A lovely house with very convenient location.

It's exactly as pictured. There's air conditioning in every room and in the living room. There was plenty of extra toilet paper and the facilities were clean. I don't know if the bedding was new, but it was very pleasant.

We used both of Moon’s Air B&Bs which was so convenient for our multi-family stay. There were nearby coffee shops and convenience stores which was helpful. Moon provided excellent, detailed instructions with photos of everything we needed before and during the stay. It was fun being in a house within a neighborhood.
