We loved our stay here! NamGung was super responsive to all our requests and made us feel right at home. The place was cozy and perfectly located at Hongdae station. We enjoyed our 10-night stay with our family, including a baby and a kid. Pros: - Super convenient location: near Hongik Station Exits , 6 (with elevator), 5 & 7 (with escalator), and walkable to Exits 8 and 9 (with stairs) - Easy access to Hongdae Street, laundry rooms, and convenient stores - Water dispenser was a lifesaver for our little ones! Cons: - One flight of stairs to climb, but manageable Overall, we'd highly recommend this place to families or travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hongdae. J'ai beaucoup aimé le logement de Tae. J'ai trouvé tout ce que je recherchais : un calme absolu, dont j'avais besoin pour travailler, une situation géographique à l'abri total des touristes, et en même temps merveilleusement desservie par des réseaux de bus et de métro juste à côté qui vous emmènent partout où vous voulez. J'ai eu l'impression d'être dans le vrai Séoul, avec tout à disposition : grand magasin, boutiques, Street Food excellente, et appareils sportifs gratuits tout le long de la tranchée de verdure qui descend quasiment jusqu’au fleuve Hang. Je suis aussi très reconnaissante à Tae, très attentif, réactif et à la fois discret, sans qui j'aurais eu très froid s'il ne m’avait pas prêté un anorak ! Merci Tae, pour ce séjour et pour ta gentillesse J'espère revenir.

Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a short stay as it's close to some great food spots. Transportation is also really close so you can get around Seoul rather easily.

Great location and good host, she was very helpful, close to many restaurants, cafes and metro station. it has all the amenities including washing machine and dryer. Place is small but clean and tidy. For a first time in Seoul I will recommend this place for the easiness of moving around in Seoul.

The location was absolutely fantastic. It's super easy to get an express direct train from Incheon Airport to Hongik University Station, and it takes only one minute to walk to Exit 5. The property had everything we needed during our seven-night stay. It's centrally located in Hongdae, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, 7-Eleven and CU convenience stores are just around the around.

호스트 답장이 빠르셔서 문제가 있어도 빠르게 해결해주셔서 감사했습니다. 공간도 깨끗하고 필요한 것들도 다 구비돼 있고 관리가 잘 된다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 위치도 신촌역 부근이라 접근성도 좋았고 덕분에 편히 오래 머물다 갑니다!

내집처럼 편하고 시장이가까워서 먹을거리가 풍부하고 시장구경이 재미있었고 무엇보다 호스트님에 응답이 빨라 당항하지 않고 다시 기회가 된다면 머물고 싶은 그런 편안한 숙소이디.

We had a confortable in this really lovely accommodation. Many amenities were provided so we weren’t missing of anything . The neighbourhood is peaceful yet by walking for about 20-25 minutes, we can reach Hongdae where there is a lot of things to do. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!! :)

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft gewohnt und habe mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und bei Fragen wurde zu jeder Zeit zügig geantwortet.

도심 한복판에 있어서 이동하기 쉽고 주변에 즐길거리가 많아요 특히 ak몰이 가까워서 좋았습니다 들어가자마자 뷰가 너무 좋아서 놀랐어요 낮도 좋지만 야경이 아주 굿입니다 ദ്ദിᐢ. .ᐢ₎ 사진 찍기 아주 좋아요 침대가 넓어서 아주 편안하게 잤네요 화장실까지 커서 만족만족대만족

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

Extremely good location and nice price!

Un petit studio avec son rooftop. Très propre dans un endroit très calme. On entend pas le bruit de la circulation mais nous sommes bercés par les canards, car il y a un petit ruisseau en bas. Il y a beaucoup de commerces et un petit marché. Il y a le métro a 10 min en bus. Donc facilité pour pour ses rendre dans le centre. Le studio est super propre. Jennifer réponds très vite si nous avons besoin. Je vous recommande fortement ce logement. Merci Jennifer pour ces quelques jours que j’ai passé. Vous avez embelli mon séjour. J’aurai vraiment aimé rester les 10 jrs. À bientôt ❤️

We had a great time! There is a privacy in the apartment/flat since just like a condominium. Cr was just right size and clean. Peaceful location and just right infront of the main road. The vicinity is very good! I found a lot of cheap reataurants at the back of the building open till morning where you can enjoy some chicken and beer and samgyup. The subway is just 3mins walk and nearest exit from samdong station is exit 4. As long as you are near the subway there should be no issues. We will definitely stay here again in case we go back to south korea. Jin is also very responsive even late hours he still responds. Thank you jin 🙏

What a great location! A direct train from the airport and the station is right in front of the building. Restaurants galore all walking distance and the Seoul Botanical Gardens is also walking distance. We stayed two days and just walked around the area. If we stayed longer, we could have ventured anywhere the train could take us! I also forgot to bring my adapter to use the electrical outlets and our host was very helpful in providing details on where to buy one, directions on how to get there, and even the price it was sold for. Very responsive and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Donna Kim’s place. The European-style apartment is brand new and beautifully upgraded—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I genuinely regretted booking it for only a few days—I easily could have stayed a month or more. The view overlooking the park was peaceful, and the location is perfect—close to great eateries, cafes, and easy access to public transportation. The space was spotless with not a speck of dust, plenty of hangers, lots of room, and high-quality amenities throughout. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the host warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful, surprising me with gestures during my stay that went above and beyond. Even the smallest things left a lasting impression—kindness I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in across South Korea, this has been by far the best, and I've stayed in a lot of locations.

It was very accomfortable accommodation! The room is very cleaned and we'll equipped it looks like new, It was really a home stay, there is also books inside room and my Son loves reading it, it's perfect for family stay..The host is very responsive..Thank you!

번화가랑 거리가 있어 적당히 조용하면서도 도보로 이동하기 충분하며 지하철역과 버스정류장이 가까워 편리했다. 숙소도 매우 깔끔했고, 주방에 조리도구와 조미료가 많아 요리하기에 좋았다.
