Staying in the apartment in front of Burj Khalifa was a really cool experience. There was a very good communication with the team. I appreciate how quick it was to connect with SmartStay. Would highly recommend!

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

This was one of the best places that I have stayed in, the place felt very homely and we did not want to leave from there. The hosts were very friendly and arranged us an early check in. The views from the balcony and living room were amazing. I had a lovely time staying at this property and will be definitely coming back soon!

I was a little bit sceptical that the apartment wouldn’t be as good as the photos or it would be smaller in person but it was actually amazing! The staff around the whole building were amazing and very friendly especially to my 1 year old baby, the host Aditta was great and went over the top with anything he could help me me with, we couldn’t of loved it more 😀 Thank you so much! Accomodation corresponded to our expectations from the photos and the description. Even though we arrived late at night (2 a.m.) and had troubles finding the building in the handful of skyscrapers in Dubai, the communication with the owner and his assistant was prompt and helpful. The biggest advantages were very comfortable beds and the possibility to relax in the jacuzzi after a tiring day. We also loved the access in the apartment straight from the parking lot by private lift. It made life so much easier. Not to forget the perfect cleanness of the apartment. Our family had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

Place was perfect. Very clean, everything worked. They are not too flexible on check-in or check out time so if you have an early flight be sure to plan accordingly. Otherwise this ranks as one of the nicer AIRBNB’s I’ve stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in was easy and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. This apartment in the heart of Dubai Marina was everything it said it was. Its location could not have been better, close to all transport links, metro and tram, and just a 15 minute walk to the beach at JBR. The apartment itself was superb with all the facilities you could ever need. We will definitely be coming back here again soon. Thank you Naushad.

Easy detailed instructions. Flexible check-in with the lock. Beach and Swimming pool are really nice. Good place to disconnect yet close to old Dubai and business bay. Apartment super clean and with all the possible needs covered. fully assorted kitchen, nice tv, full washing machine and dishwasher... Host very responsive with very detailed instructions nothing left to chance. Recommend!

The apartment was as advertised with great views of the Burj Khalifa and a 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The place is very clean, modern and is in a great downtown location. Nimisha and Reynard were very proactive with their communication and had some nice touches to make our stay a nice one. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here and highly recommend this place!

Worth every penny PERIODT. This place was immaculate it was the best Airbnb I think I have ever stayed at since I’ve started using the app for 10 years. Host was super cool and responsive we got a chance to meet Frank at the pool who was super friendly and gave us local recommendations. I look forward to the next stay. We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna
