Premium location in Dubai. Right in front to the beach of JBR Dubai marina, that you can reach by walking in 1 minute:-) The flat is in a premium tower with 3 swimming pool, and 1 furnished gym JBR beach is full of bars, restaurants, clubs for the night life. The big room is furnished and it is in a nice shared flat, where I live too. The flat is fully furnished, 3 Swimming pools and a FREE Gym :-) Tram station:below the tower. downtown dubai and dubai mall are are 20 minutes from here

Our apartment is located in Dubai Marina, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and Marina Mall, and a few minutes walk from the famous JBR beach. You can catch the Tram to get around the Marina & to the Metro Station which will connect you to most major Malls. We have equipped the apartment to be your home away from home. Make use of the gym, sauna, steam room & swimming pool. A travel cot is available on request. We require passport copies of all guests.

We loved falling asleep with such a view and waking up with it. The famous JBR beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Colette had prepared beach towels. The apartment has an ideal location and is located directly on the marina walk. Downstairs there is a supermarket that is open 24/7. Very useful if you want to put a pizza in the oven after a long day :-) We can 100% recommend this accommodation! Thanks for the great hospitality! Greetings from Belgium”
