The home is located in the Media District area of Burbank, CA. It is a quiet area located near many Hollywood attractions. Universal Studios and Warner Brothers are within a 10 minute drive. The room is privately detached from our house, separate entrance, and comfortably sleeps two people. Owners live on property with minimal interaction.
