Our rustic wine cellar is located at the foot of the Geschriebenstein in the middle of the wine idyll Rechnitz. It has been around for more than a century, is in top condition, convinces with its quiet charisma, invites you to relax from everyday life and is only suitable for fit people, as the upper floor is accessible with an extendable staircase. No neighbors, no Wi-Fi but electricity, running water and cell phone reception. Getting up with the deer and rabbits is not uncommon.

You will live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and drink a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are available. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bicycle

Cottage AVA, a newly renovated cottage in 2023. The cottage is a self-contained building located in the garden and has a private entrance. The interior rooms include a bedroom for 2 people, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom including toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, oven microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc. The 40 m² cottage has direct access to the garden, for undisturbed, cozy evenings.
