Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Es erwartet dich ein idyllisches Häuschen mit Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Dusche sowie einem Doppelbett, Einzelbett und einer Schlafcouch. ****** Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein Spielplatz. Es gibt einen Autoabstellplatz und eigenen Zugang. OÖ Tourismusgesetz 2018: Die Ortstaxe in OÖ beträgt ab 01.12.23 einheitlich 2,40 Euro pro Nacht und Person. Befreiungen von der Ortstaxe: Personen unter 15 Jahren. Diese ist in bar oder über Airbnb extra zu zahlen.

Guest house Johanna Dürnstein

We are a family-run guest house in a quiet location that can be easily reached by car. The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The special feature of our guest house is the private terrace with beautiful views of the vineyard opposite, the city wall and the Dürnstein castle ruins.

In addition to the atmospheric view of the vineyards, there are extremely beautiful interiors with maximum feel-good effect. Apartment "Schön" - A screen-sized glass front looking in two directions, a bathtub with views of vineyards, a heavenly double bed, a private outdoor area and the well-equipped communal kitchen right next door. So many places and corners where you would like to drink a glass of wine.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. 1. Bahnhof ist 4 Minuten und Mirabellgarten 9 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt! 2. Neben unserer Unterkunft (2 Minuten zu Fuß) ist die Bahnhof-Contipark-Tiefgarage ( Einfahrt Rainerstraße 30, 5020 Salzburg) 16€/24 Stunden . In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Shopping Center Kiesel !

Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.
