Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

I honestly can’t put into words how amazing this stay was. The place was spotless, perfectly located within walking distance to Dubai Mall and all the top attractions. The apartment itself was stunning, from the comfy sofa bed with two TVs and super comfy bed to the fully equipped kitchen. And super amazing night view! The host was incredibly kind and professional, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. And let’s not forget the luxurious entrance, pool and top-notch gym downstairs. This stay exceeded all expectations. Absolutely not my last time here. Highly recommended for a nice dubai gateway. The price is worth it

Everything was impeccable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. You get beautiful views from the apartment and the rooftop pool. The location is great, close to a bunch of restaurants etc Frank and as extremely helpful. When I messaged him about a small situation, he took care of it right away. Additionally check-in and check-out was flawless. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope I’ll get to go again at some point.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.
