Holiday rentals with a patio in Burke County

This needs to be your choice of stay in Morganton! Excellent. You won’t regret it! Beautiful and so convenient!

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

What a lovely Airbnb ! John was an excellent host! His wife made a Banana Nut loaf bread for our arrival. And it was delicious! John shared some fresh eggs from their chickens and my husband devoured them!! The unit is neat, modern and clean! There is everything one needs in the kitchen and bathroom from towels , linens , shampoo and soap . A great big living room TV to watch movies on and a bedroom TV . The leather couch and chairs are comfy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I am fussy as I have several chronic back issues . I was relieved and delighted!! Alot of thought and care goes into this downstairs basement apt . This location is convenient to several key cities and towns. It is roughly 75 miles from Ashville, Hickory is only a few miles. Blowing Rock , N.C. is about 30-35 miles . ( a must !! ) An excellent restaurant in town is owned by a family member and does not disappoint! Highlands Butchery . We would stay again when traveling or visting Valdese area.

What a beautiful little nook nestled alongside a tranquil lake (may technically be a river but seems like a lake)! I needed some peace and quiet to work on a project and even though this place is technically the lower level of Pam's house, it provided completely quiet and serenity. The adorable gated community provides great opportunities for casual strolls and a quaint little park with swings and a fireplace. I really enjoyed my stay, enjoyed my conversations with Pam and found this brand new AirBnB to be absolutely worth the price.

I was in town for an extended stay with work and found this place to be very comfortable. It’s well kept and in a quiet location, but still close to downtown. The host was great and I’ll definitely stay here again.

Great little place to stay! Quiet neighborhood and close to good restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

This is a great place! It had everything we needed and has great views. There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside the house. It’s a quick drive to the boat ramp/marina and is a short drive to several restaurants. Loralie responds very quickly and is a great host. Definitely would stay here again.

this is a great location. comfortable home. close by for relatives visiting. don't want people to find it. we love having it for our family. we will be back

Very Beautiful home with awesome views. We loved the large kitchen, back porch and hot tub! Everything we hoped for. Robert was very helpful and very prompt with responses. Will definitely be staying there again when we are in the area.

I used this place for my employees. He was very nice and communicated with me very well. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and convenient place in the area

“The Parsonage” was awesome! The only issue we had, only one bedroom had a closet. We were there for a wedding and the other two bedrooms lacked a place to hang good clothes. I would also suggest a clothes dresser and additional hooks in the bathrooms. Truly it is hard to find fault. It was an excellent Airbnb and Joey was awesome to work with!!! If we are in the area again, we would absolutely reach out for “The Parsonage!”

THIS is how you do an Airbnb! The house was perfect for our family of five as our base while we were in the area for a graduation. I wish we could have stayed longer. When your teenage boys comment (more than once) about how nice the house is, you have definitely found the right place. Ashley was a great host; I hope we can find our way back to the area again and visit our new alpaca friends.

Love your place the location is very private, several deer a fox were frequent visitors. Love sitting on your porch after a long day with the grandkids. Hope it is available in the future for us to come back on our next trip to visit our family.

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

We had a great stay here for the week, if back in the area we would definitely stay again!
