Relax with the family at this completely updated cottage built in the 1940s. Featuring two bedrooms with plenty of comfy relaxing area. Enjoy the backyard with a hot tub (inflatable), and night lighting. Grill on the charcoal or relax at the fire pit. Just in earshot of the apple orchard where you can satisfy your taste buds with a crisp fresh apple, apple cider slushy, or fried apple pie. Although rural this home is only 4 miles from interstate 40! Approx an hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

Newly renovated, 1,000 square foot apartment is well decorated & appointed in order to give you an experience as fabulous as the location! Custom top duplex nestled in a private small BnB community, entrance up front, 20ft vaulted ceilings, large rock gas log fireplace, remodeled kitchen, new appliances, 1 & 1/2 baths, wrap around porch, and large sunroom overlooking the river and mountains. In the huge backyard are two private fire-pits: one on sandy area on the river bank and the other to the right of the house looking up river. Riverside lower duplex enters from back/other side. *No shared inside space.
