Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Enjoy everything Burlington has to offer in this brand-new, cozy, stylish cottage. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Our 2 BR/ 1 BA apartment in the vibrant South End is close to everything, yet located in a quiet neighborhood. 1 off street parking spot. Just a 10 minute walk to the lake, bike path, breweries, restaurants and shopping. Activities during the day, restful sleep in a tastefully furnished, clean apartment. We added a new kitchen floor and tiled bathtub walls recently and are proud of our 4.88 star rating.

It is 2 blocks from Lake Champlain, the Echo Science Center, and bike path and 3 blocks from Burlington's iconic Church Street Marketplace. We are a mile from the University (UVM) and University Medical Center. The Loft is upstairs from August First Bakery, next to Anjou consignment store and Restaurant Poco. The location offers a great slice of what Burlington has to offer.
