**THIS AIRBNB IS CLEANED FOLLOWING THE COVID-19 CLEANING PROTOCOL** This light and bright apartment is located on the second floor of a large home. You will be just two blocks from Church street, a number of downtown venues, and a 10 minute walk to the lake. This an ideal space to stay if you want to explore everything the city of Burlington has to offer without needing to drive anywhere! -Please note that the apartment is up a flight of slightly steep outdoor stairs.
“This place was wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations! It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Church Street Marketplace, and many other shops and restaurants. It’s also less than a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Lake Champlain. The location is unbeatable for Burlington. There is street parking nearby, but we decided to use the 24hr Market Place Parking garage that Kathleen recommenced and it was very affordable and secure for overnight parking. Kathleen also had several recommendations of restaurants and things to do, many of which we took and loved! We loved how quaint and nicely decorated the place was, it truly felt like a home away from home!”

This is the perfect spot for those looking to go out and experience the shopping and nightlife of the downtown area. You'll be 1 block away from Church street's shopping and dining, and a 1/2 block away from some of the best bars and live music in town (Radio Bean, Lamp Shop, OP, 3 Kneads). The waterfront is also just a short 10 minute walk through town.
“Kathleen's place is exactly what it seems from the photos and description. It is definitely a "no frills" kind of place. Limited cookware and dishes, no extra appliances (microwave, toaster, hairdryer) but it has the basics that you need- tea kettle, coffee pot, stove and refrigerator. Equipped like student-level housing, you'll find the place quite serviceable. There are towels, a very comfy bed, large screen TV, air conditioner, fan and very good internet connection. The one downsize for an older person such as myself was that the shower is an old claw-foot tub. A bit of a hike up with little to hold onto can be intimidating at my age. However, I was so happy to have found a place to stay at a reasonable rate, especially since it is so centrally located (you can walk anywhere downtown from the apt. and it is very close to the main bus station). When I booked it, I knew since it was located in what is typically a student neighborhood that there would be the potential for noise, but I had no problem with that. It was easy to get into the apartment using the lockbox. And Kathleen was right there any time I had a question. So I was completely satisfied with my stay there.”
Quiet fully equipped single bedroom apartment located just two blocks from downtown Burlington. It's within walking distance of church street, UVM and the Medical Center, the waterfront, and less than hour from Stowe mountain.
“Perfect for a short stay in Burlington. The area was safe and inside was clean. On street parking is a bit of a challenge so get comfy with the tight driveway (it’s easily navigable). The stairs are almost vertical but if my short leg shih tzu can do it carefully, so can you 😉 the other units didn’t cause an issue. I highly recommend the waterfront, Sneakers restaurant, The Skinny Pancake, creemees, Citizen Cider, Teddy Bear Factory, Hen of the Wood, and Dakin Farm. Safe to walk around. Expect a college crowd (not an issue). Thanks again, dude!!”
