We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Cresta Paye feels like home! A home away from home. Traveling there was adventure itself but getting there and seeing the views (for the first time and hopefully won't be the last) gives you the serenity and peace you're looking for - away from stress and chaos. It's a perfect place to unwind and connect with the nature. :) In addition, Ms. Lyle is a call away and very responsive and Ms. Khay and the other staff are super accommodating! Sarap i-extend ang bakasyon. :D

The owners are such gracious hosts and they are hands on in dealing with the guests. They just recently opened and whatever lacking items were compensated by their quick response. It is a place we would go back to because they made us feel right at home. 🙂

Wonderful stay for my family and family friends!The beach house was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything we need for our stay to make us feel comfortable. The location was perfect, kid friendly beach and swimming pool for them to enjoy. Our host, Ms Joy was incredibly responsive to our message and the caretaker, Kuya was welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay, we even have bonfire experience for our kids. They were so happy and keep on saying "This is the best beach experience ever!". Would love to come back. Highly recommended. Thank you

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Ms. Rica definitely knew what it meant, when you say that your place is “Pet Friendly”. Which is why this place was perfect for us. Her only rule was to clean up after our pets and make them wear diapers at all times which is just like what any other responsible fur parent would do. We have 2 fur babies along with us and most of the other listings or resorts we’ve inquired on says that they allow pets or that they are a “pet friendly” place but when you check their rules or you message them, they will say that its okay to bring pets but you have to bring a cage for them or that they cannot stay inside the house or room or that they cannot swim in the pool, or you have to pay an additional fee for them which i find very ironic to their “pet friendly” claim to their place. Good to know that there are places like Ms. Rica’s that allow pets to feel at home, She was very easy to communicate with, very accommodating to all of my queries and very nice!

The place is great overall but there are some things out of the host's control like the noisy neighbors on the upper floors can change the experience a bit. From beddings to utensils, everything is prepared and complete. Some little things could would be better fixed like the showerhead holder and the shower room glassdoors, but very minimal issues

This is our 4th time in Pico de Loro and this place is by far the most spacious and homey feels we've been to. Aircon unit is so cold..perfect to beat the summer heat! You wouldn't want to leave the unit! Worth the price & same as advertised! Wet clothes rack is a plus factor! We'll definitely book this unit when we go back to Pico. Host is very friendly & responsive! What I like about the host is that she did not take advantage of increasing the unit rental fee for holy week (have tried booking to other unit but was advised they will refuse our booking as they would need to increase the rental fee bcoz it's holy week).

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

We had a great time staying at this property! The place was clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the beach, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated the kitchen equipment—it had a good array of utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking our meals easy, though a few of them could use a bit of updating. The beach itself was fantastic! The fine black sand was beautiful, and it wasn’t very rocky, which made swimming really enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

Maria’s place has everything you’d need in a summer get-together! From the outdoor kitchen with grill and bonfire, indoor karaoke machine to the spacious pool at the perfect temperature. And everything in between — some books, board games and a pickle ball court! If you’re one to appreciate design, you will love how the ceilings are high to let the warm air rise up and proper ventilation to let air pass through. Great for a tropical country! The way the property is laid out is amazing as well. A big common area where the kitchen, dining and TV are. The rooms on the sides to give privacy. And the big backyard where the pool is! Not to mention all the activities you can do outside with the help of their kind caretakers. We went island hopping which included snorkeling where we saw so many fishes! If you’re still not convinced, know that Maria is one of the reasons I would come back. Kind, thoughtful and lovely. You get a feeling that she’s put a lot of love to make this a home. ❤️

A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, just steps away from the sandy shores and stunning sunsets. The house itself was immaculate, with well-equipped kitchen that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
