Beachfront holiday rentals in Calabarzon

the house was really great, despite the very hot weather - all the aircons worked perfectly. Our dog was allowed inside the house which I really loved. My only issue is the common CR upstairs as it kind of smelled the entire time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the clubhouse with the restaurant is about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for those looking for peaceful and worry free stay.

We booked this place 12 hours before check-in, around 12 to 12:30 am because my family all agreed to go. We arrived around 2pm which is 2 hours later than our checkin time and the place is not yet ready. They let us extend our checkout time the following day since there are no bookings after us, probably because it’s a Monday. The place is near public market and stores so you can buy anything you need. The booking was spontaneous but our stay was so good! Thank you so much po! 🤍

Just like all the reviews I have read before booking, the place was peaceful. This is exactly what we came for! The water is so still & clear, the place is not crowded even sa weekends ( & kaht maliit lang ang beach frontage), peaceful maybe because ang mga katabi ng place ay private beach houses, walang maiingay na karaoke, well mantained ang place, maraming puno, malinis na cr, pet friendly at hindi makati ang tubig ng dagat pag naliligo (may mga cute jellyfish pero harmless sila!). Although there are some hours that some guests from other resorts na mejo maiingay (dahil mukang enjoy na enjoy sila! hihi) passes by and naliligo din sa location. Note: May right of way passage going to the beach ang mga neighboorhood sa gilid ng resort. At past midnight, nakakabulabog at mejo maingay ang mga dogs pero i think they are like "bantay" sa resort. Overall, the place is very nice! Lalo na sa Sunset! worth coming back! i just hope mgkaroon ng airconditioned rooms for rent in the future!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

We loved our visit so much we decided to stay a few more months. The apartments are spacious and clean with everything you need. The view is amazing, there's lots of privacy, and it feels safe and comfortable. The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend having your own scooter to get around with, though, because theres lots to see and do while you're there!

Everything was perfect. Amy is a great host. She helped us with our transportation arrangements as well as local knowledge and diving. The unit was very nice and private. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

great place!! the rooms were clean and comfy! we had a little trouble with the karaoke machine, but the pool table and pool was awesome! great for a family get away, we wished we could've stayed longer. 🤙

this place is great for family staycation. i personally prefer this unit because its on the gf for kids safety, great view from their balcony and has easy access to the pool i also love how well they respond to us. might stay here again :)

I am pleased to highly recommend Nancy's crib for your stay. Communication with Nancy was seamless and straightforward. I had no issues with the check-in process, as Levs, her agent, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this room to others. It is truly a rare find for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Ms. jing is very responsive and friendly host. Her place is very convenient, with restaurants and stores within the vicinity. The residences amenities are great. Plus its also near airport area. Do note also the unit have a nice balcony sunset view. This is very good for small families and senior citizens.

The place has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with a great view during nightime. There plenty of games to do, and movies to watch.

I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

Kuya Randy and ate Helen were very accomodating. The place was clean and peaceful. It was so close to the beach and the event’s place where we attended the wedding. Definitely worth the value for money. Will book again when we go back to Taal.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

The place was proper beachfront property. The sea is just right in front and you can even hear it while asleep. It felt relaxing and peaceful. The place also has very accommodating staff. Too bad we weren't able to do island hopping because of the weather conditions but we're glad that the staff didn't push through as there was a severe incident with another resort that did. We did a banana boat activity instead which is as enjoyable. All in all, it was a great stay!

Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.
