As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

The Kitchen includes a large fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary cutlery, plates, cups, bowls... to prepare and enjoy your food. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink with a medium front mirror, and toilet. Shampoo and body wash are included.

Churchill square is adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
