Vila are 4 camere, parterul fiind compartimentat astfel: living generos cu semineu pe lemne, zona de bar, zona de luat masa, zone de relaxare, bucatarie complet utilata, baie comuna cu sauna, camera cu baie proprie, iar la etajul 1 gasim 3 camere cu pat dublu, din care 2 cu baie proprie, iar 1 cu baia situata pe hol.
