Beach house holiday rentals in Cabarete

No tengo palabras suficientes para describir lo maravillosa que fue nuestra experiencia en este hospedaje. La casa es de ensueño, la cocina está súper bien dotada, cada espacio es perfecto, todo estaba impecable y súper hermoso. Quedamos fascinados con lo proactivo que fue el administrador, su respuesta instantánea y siempre estuvo al pendiente de ayudar y eso nos permitió vivir una experiencia inolvidable. Sin duda superó nuestras expectativas y por eso lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados y voy a volver.

From the location to the accomodations, Martina's house is spectacular. It comfortably fit our family of 8 and served as the perfect backdrop to a memorable family vacation! We struggled to find the house at first, since we arrived at night in pouring rain and poor visibility, but Apolinar was incredibly responsive and guided us to where we needed to be. So grateful for him! The location is safe and secure, steps away from the beach, and central to kite surfing schools, delicious restaurants, and more. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, WiFi was strong, and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home. We highly recommend booking Martina's place!

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Excelente experiencia, a minutos de playa encuentro caminando, y a 10 min de la playa Cabarete en vehiculo. La casa es un remanso de paz, pero al mismo tiempo cerquita de la diversión de Cabarete. Perfecto para familias o grupos de amigos. Volveremos seguramente!!

Fue muy acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario. Lugar tranquilo y privado. Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que la vista desde la piscina a la playa fuera un poco más visible y que la entrada a la playa fuera de fácil acceso. Por lo demás, es encantadora.

We experienced several relaxing days in Garden Villa. The villa provided more than enough space for our family to spread out and the pool was warm and comfortable the entire time. Will definitely book again next time we’re in DR.🏝️🤩

Jaay was the best host I ever had in Airbnb. Our experience was SHOCKINGLY amazing. Great communication, It was everything I was expecting and more. The place was super clean and he gave us great place to check out and eat. I would recommend everyone to book from Jaay as your host. Wish we can give him a 10 ⭐️

Alex place was great even better in person. Staff was amazing provided everything you could need along with positive attitudes. 24/7 security made everyone feel safe and secure and still felt like they were almost not even there. The house is simple amazing huge bedrooms plenty of space to entertain. I am also an air bnb owner and have stayed at numerous villas in sosua this is by far in my top 3. Will definitely be back again!

nice places clean and secure. only problem was that it was listed as a beach house but beach is about 10 minutes away. love the place great hosts l will stay again.

Pristine and sparkling clean! Kathy's home is just as described and as in the pictures. It has every updated convenience like treated water system and great AC. And just a minute walk to the beach and the Millenium hotel amenities. We wanted to be close to the kiteboarding school at the Millenium so this house was perfect, and we hope to be back soon. Also- a few great restaurants and morning coffee spot all within a 2-5 minute walk.

Great place for our weekend getaway. lots to do in a walkable distance. We drove to the central area and parking was not an issue.

We had a few Challenges with the property initially that were totally out of their control, but as soon as Marika was contacted her and her team immediately jumped on it! The 85 inch TV by the pool went out while doing our check in walk thru so they called a crew to come check it out and determined that it needed to be replaced immediately. There were some items needed in the kitchen that would help with the meals that I was planning on cooking during my stay so Carla came over with her note pad and pen and within 2 hours she was back with everything brand new from the store! One of the housekeeper’s Malta was amazing she had the Villa spotless all by herself. My friends and I go to the DR every 3 months but we normally rent a 10 bedroom villa not to far from there, but after this visit this will be my new home 🏡 away from home when I’m in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴! Even with the TV not working by the Pool Marika, Carla, Daniel and his entire team was Amazing they made up for it 5

From when I booked months prior to checking in and checking out Bianca’s suggestions on the area and her attention to detail of my interests is what made my vacation for my wife and I. I cannot wait until I have a chance to return to her Loft. If you were to book a stay here I would suggest mapping a transportation plan as it was pricey (at least for me) to get around outside of the community and hit Sosua, Puerta Plata or Cabarete. Drivers Maximo and Anthony were also a highlight of ours because of their knowledge of the area and their humor. Would definitely recommend a stay here for sure!

The view from the rooftop is worth every dollar!!! Breathtaking & serene with the perfect ocean access. Brittany was extremely friendly & responsive (I called her quite a few times 😳🤣)! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a beautiful house.
