Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Beautiful and spacious house, with one of the best penthouses of San Jose. Views of both the beach and mountain from its two terraces. The sunrise is amazing. It has a large living room, full kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and room with twin beds. Located in the upper area of San Jose, a very quiet area and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Possibility to walk to the main beaches of the Natural Park, as well as its countless hiking trails.
