Apartment exactly like the photos, wonderful location, professional service, very clean and well ventilated. The apartment is very good, complete and the building has all the support. What could be better would be the outside, corridors on the apartment floor need a little renovation, but nothing that gets in the way. The building's restaurant is very good. Excellent flat, with great cost benefit. All new, clean and tasteful. Cozy, comfortable and accommodated me, my wife and my baby very well. The condominium is quite large, with several leisure options. The pool is huge and very beautiful. The gardens are well maintained and the staff are attentive. The restaurant is also good. Helpful hostess. I intend to return soon.

My group and I had a great experience at Bianca's house. The house is of very good taste, with accessories and materials of good quality in addition to being well equipped for celebrations on the beach. The support team was also very helpful.

Casa Linda. 3 bedrooms being a suite. 3 full bathrooms. Pool area with a well equipped and excellent barbecue. Very friendly and reactive hosts. We loved the stay and would come back. Points to improve: quality of cleaning in the house.

perfect accommodation. communal space with other condominium accommodations in need of repair (shower in the backyard has to be changed, it is broken). another annoying situation is that it charges R$1.00 for each kwz used (higher value than the local power utility). I only observed this charge after I made the reservation, but if I accepted I have to pay and paid. I suggest seeing other lodging without this charge that I find abusive.

The house is simply excellent! All very clean, organized and with an impeccable structure, which perfectly served our stay. The host is extremely attentive and careful with every detail — I've never seen anything like it! And the cook is wonderful: each meal is prepared with great affection and flavor. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Leandro is an attentive and kind host. All questions and requests were answered immediately. The apartment, very cozy, is on a very high floor, which provides a very beautiful view. Voltaria, certainly, staying in this property.

The space is amazing and comfortable, the view of the sea is beyond words, we felt the coziness of home, it is undoubtedly a little piece of paradise here on earth hahahaha. The condominium is super quiet and the staff are polite, the restaurant inside the residential, although outsourced, is a good option for those who want even more convenience, it serves well with the options that work. There is a mini market inside the residential complex as well, which helps/facilitates even more, for small "emergencies". Although I already know the beach, I can say that it is a great and quiet location for swimming (in addition to being beautiful). The access to the residential area is all paved and most of the road is illuminated. The host Henrique was the difference when choosing our rental, super polite, responds quickly to messages, answers questions, proactive, gives us security. I highly recommend it and I'm already counting the days to return ☺️

Excellent apartment located within a condominium with several swimming pools for children and adults, which you can enjoy after the beach, it even has bars to continue enjoying caipirinhas or whatever you want. It has direct access to the beach, with security guards. There are also rich restaurants around to have lunch or dinner near the condominium, including: Gazella, Maracaju and Cocoroco. It has connectivity with Uber and parking lots to go by car. We enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you Alyson for always being attentive!! :D

The apartment is nicer than the photos show. It is very well located and equipped with quality appliances that make your stay easier. All the details and the attention of Marcos and Ana Claudia make you feel comfortable and choose them again every time we return to Porto.
