An excellent stay, everything very clean and tidy. Evelyn and her family are very attentive, always looking after you, always with a bag of firewood and when we arrived the cabin was warm. A natural environment, the plot itself is beautiful, with a small stream that passes through the property, everything beautiful, very good access by both roads both to go directly to the volcano, and to go to Pucón and Villarrica, very quiet to rest at night, zero noise. Excellent opportunity to meet and enjoy, Evelyn's parents are sweet 🙌

Getting to the place was very easy. Impossible to get lost. The directions were very well provided. The place is wonderful! I couldn't have picked a better place for my vacation. Great space, nice pool, very good size of the main room, which has a window to go out to a small balcony that has a view of the garden, surrounded by fruit trees… wonderful. The house comes with everything you need for cooking and the pots and stove are in excellent condition. Impeccable. The location is excellent. It only took us 6 minutes to get to Pucon by car. We loved it and we will definitely be back to the same cabin. Why risk choosing another place if you already have a winning place! Many thanks to Pablo for his kindness and for taking care to have this place so well equipped to rent.

Absolutely idyllic location overlooking the lake, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Pucón. The comments about it being difficult to get to in a 2wd are overblown -- I had the absolute bare bones economy rental and it had just rained when I arrived and I had no issues at all getting up the gravel road. Spotlessly clean, great amenties, and well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were super communicative and quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend, will be back soon!

The wonderful, open place, with excellent views and with several panoramas within the same enclosure. The cabin couldn't be better, everything is very clean, tidy and fragrant. The location is perfect, if you are looking to explore within the area. The cabin has several amenities that are appreciated. In general, if I could give you more than 5 stars I would. The place is just like the description. Very quiet, peaceful and easy access. House is very well designed and built. The hosts are very proactive and will be there before you know it. We had a natural but unexpected small issue with the hot water and it was immediately fixed. Hernan then gifted us with an extra free night. Very generous. Great people, great place! Definitely recommended.

Simply incredible, the friendliness of the person who received us and the place is to totally disconnect, I think the images do not show the beauty of the place, there is even a waterfall on the same grounds of the cabin and a hill behind the cabin with falls of beautiful waters and the view of the lake the best.

The cabin is super nice and cozy, it's somewhat elevated and was among trees so it's super private. We fell in love with her dogs, who also made us feel safe. In addition, Paulina responded super fast, helped us get a mechanic for the car and they even had a generator when the power went out, a 10!

The proximity of the hot springs is what led me to choose the cabin. The environment is very pleasant, it has Starlink satellite internet which surprised me a lot. I really want to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms, as the sheets were new. For me, it's a super important detail. The cabin is just like in the photos.

A dream place to relax as a family and connect with nature, next to downtown and thousands of other beautiful places to visit: jumps, pools, hot springs, etc. The casita is perfect, it is being inside the native forest, very cozy, and close to everything. The kids loved her and really enjoyed taking mini walks in the forest and being close to the river. Chantal was very kind at all times, responding to each message very quickly. We will definitely return to the "Casita del Bosque"

A very nice, clean house with very good bedding. We had a lovely stay, we enjoyed the pool too. Several small restaurants close to the house, as well as a small supermarket. Very good location.

It was a quiet stay, the place is ideal to disconnect from everything between trees and hills, Christian's attention was excellent, he would come back without a doubt.

I think this might of been one of best air bnb experiences ever, cesar + his family and his FANCY chickens and dog were just so friendly. he gave us recommendations and showed us around and were very patient with our terrible Spanish. just so lovely cant recommend enough!
