A location very close to the historic center. It's easy to get around. Very well-kept and beautiful space, with everything you need to spend a few days. The garage of the residence is a little tight, not recommended for larger vehicles, but it is easy to park on the street.

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check in and check out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the chalet! The location is just perfect. The balcony is a real highlight – it was a great pleasure to enjoy a good wine there, with that spectacular view of the sea. In addition, we greatly appreciate the convenience of having great restaurants within walking distance. Paulo was super friendly and extremely helpful at all times.

I felt well received from the time of booking until I left the accommodation. I asked several questions, and they answered me promptly. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee and a muffin that the hosts had left for us. Everything was very tidy, impeccable, it had been cleaned just before we arrived. The accommodation has a clothesline to dry pool clothes and towels - which I didn't know - and some games like playing cards, dominoes and uno (at least when I went there). In fact, one of the nights we were playing Uno, making up rules, and it was great! I recommend it for those traveling with a group of friends / family. Good for those who want to stay close to the historic center (1 km away) but still prefer a place with some privacy, good accommodation and a good price. Great experience! I want to come back more often.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Excellent location, very quiet, everything as it was in the photos, clean, everything working, I recommend it, close to everything!! The apartment is very good, we stayed the holiday and everything was very well organized, the kitchen was all clean and all things were good !!! I recommend it!!

First time in Paraty... We had a wonderful stay! The location by the water was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Wanice was friendly and incredibly responsive. She made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. She also provided some great local recommendations that made exploring the area even better. The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's garden is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! I will definitely return with my family, they were wonderful days!

The house is exactly as in the photos, it has all the necessary amenities and is wonderful! The surroundings are very quiet, with no noise and plenty of nature around. Letícia is very kind, gave us tips for sightseeing and was always available to help, there was a cake and fruit when we arrived at the house, she was flexible at check-in and check-out. We had an incredible experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The space is beautiful, cozy and extremely tasteful. Incredibly well equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show in themselves, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and always asks to help. The bedroom bed and all the bedding are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

I had the pleasure of being in this paradise, I have no words to describe every experience that I had an extremely comfortable house is exactly how the photos the walk is a little tiresome because it is quite steep but it is very worth it, Oriana has received us very well in fact, all of us in trinity welcomed us very much choice of things to do in the village, I recommend to know Galetas beach the waterfall of the stone that swallows the beach and the natural pool of the cachadaço is great the middle beach is very nice to stay, it was with a child of 2 years and managed to do a lot of things. The house was the real charm of the trip, thank you Oriana

Romain's house is beautiful and the location is excellent, the walk is really very short, from the parking lot indicated to the house it is a 5-minute walk through a very quiet passage, a small part of it on sand and a good part on cement floor. It is a very large house, the rooms are separated from the social area, this makes it very easy in everyday life, if someone wants to sleep earlier, the rest can continue talking and having fun without disturbing. There is a small beach down the deck of the house and it was quite empty the days I was at the house. Be sure to visit Praia das Bicas, simply sensational and you can go on foot, a little longer walk, but nothing too much. Gal, who welcomed us, was always available and helped us with what we needed.

A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped chalet! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We prefer to stay in the cottage to enjoy the space rather than explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...

The hut is amazing, gorgeous and immersive environment. We sleep with the noise of the stream, we wake up to the lush nature. We got a cold weekend which was not a problem, as the heating and the super comfortable bed helped a lot. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!
