Loyal to the advertisement. Easy communication with Tatiana and the janitor . Apartment cozy, comfortable, clean and with smelling wardrobe. All we need for a family stay. Great location, overlooking the sea and outside the "bustle" because even in the carnival period we were not disturbed with noise.

Second time I've stayed and everything was great. It was extremely clean when I arrived. Suellen is proactive and responded super fast on Whats. I had an unforeseen number of guests and Suellen understood, she helped me resolve it. Super recommended and I intend to return more often.

Very nice apartment, quiet, light and airy space, no dust, and still beautiful, with wonderful decorations. It was difficult to find which condominium was, as there is Ville Esmeralda 1 and 2 ( which in this case is 1), but nothing that occupied that long. The host is friendly and proactive, and the experience and stay were very peaceful :)

A perfect weekend with special people and a wonderful place, accommodation all within the agreement, clean place, with all utensils and appliances working, not to mention a wonderful view with a feeling of being in the countryside but by the sea at the same time. kitnet, it was super clean and smelling, bedding and towel, covered everything clean and smelling just like the whole house. additional information, it has ceiling fan and TV with open channel, easy location, has bakery at the corner and restaurant on the back street, quiet place and very reserved. great environment. super friendly host. i'll be back for sure.

About the host, excellent! Very cordial from the beginning, attentive and responsive in response. With great gentleness he lent us beach chairs and a parasol so that we can better enjoy the beach. The location is perfect. It has everything very close to markets, hortifrutis, pharmacy, in addition to the main one for us, the beach itself. The house is VERY comfortable and in accordance with the description. E was delivered to us in a flawless manner. We leave with a feeling of gratitude and a desire to come back whenever possible. GREAT experience!!

We just stayed in the house, we spent the Carnival, 16 people in total. The house is cozy, airy, ventilated and clean. It is quite functional and equipped. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of Castelhanos, less than a 5 minute walk away. The team that provides services to Fernanda is great. A Bebel is a cute, super well kitchen. We intend to go back for sure.

Alexandre's place is much better than the pictures and indications. Large house, large, tasteful, with pool and super comfortable outdoor area. After 14 years away from marataizes I came back and kept in my memory magical moments. I highly recommend Alexandre's house. If in doubt, do not have! It will be a success.

Matheus was super attentive from the moment he was still in doubt about the reservation, a place identical to the announced photos, without taking it for anything. Super clean and well maintained environment, bed linens and bathrooms. My family and I felt at home! The place is easy access, surrounded by restaurants and snack bars, with markets a 3-minute walk away. It has a 3 minute walk beach as well, great for walking. The best known beaches of Marataízes are about 20 minutes by car, which was great for me because I was able to get to know it without problems. We stayed 4 days on a holiday weekend and everything was great, note 10! For sure if I return to Marataízes and region will be the first place I will look for to spend the period.

Very good, the place is much better than in the photos, and I super recommend this hut, Rafael and all his family always showed proactivity so as not to leave anything missing for the guests, I arrived and who awaited me was his mother, Dona Aparecida very nice and made us feel good at it. There is a hike to the lookout of the chapel that everyone needs to do, from above there is a spectacular sight.. I will surely come back more often. Bobi is the dog that is very cute and loves children, and I'm not a pet fan but he changed my vision.

Simone's space is peaceful. Beautiful, safe condominium close to the main beaches such as Ubu, Castelhanos and Meaipe. The house is very nice. Its beach decor is very cozy, not to mention the delight of having coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. Beautiful and fragrant bed and bath linens. Simone is a very professional host and our experience was wonderful!

The place is simply beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The outside area is amazing and provides moments of pure relaxation. The hosts (Maristela and Santiago) are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to help. It was an experience that was well worth it for the weekend, and if we have the opportunity, we will certainly return.
