Ca Xuacu, La Antojana

Ca Xuacu is a set of four rural apartment in Asturias, one of them is "La Antojana". We have a near beach (400 m away), private parking, internet access, garden of 4000m2 and Paddle court. History of Ca Xuacu. In the end of XVIII century a country family establish in this land. They had some money saved from their years of work in Cuba and Latin America, with this money they built a very grand looking country house. It had stable in the first floor and people lived and met in the second floor, this structure show the great economy of this family in this times, they had a high status house. In the 1900, the new west wing was constructed. They built a new kitchen and new living room bigger than the old living room. Also in this time they construct a "panera" (typical Asturian construction), under it, they had a forge and later a stable for little animals (rabbits, chickens...) In 2000 Jose Luis, recognizing the value of this construction, starts the reconstruction to build the four apartments. All the process was made with hard work and keeping the original style of the construction. He works with stone and wood as first materials. Five years before he started, in 2005, the apartments was opened. Now, people that spend their vacations in Ca Xuacu are numerous, and all of them have share experiences with us. Located just above the Llumeres cliff, with privileged and direct views of the Peñas Lighthouse, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with ocean views), a full bathroom, a relaxation area and a very large bedroom with an integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views. A completely restored, classic house from the early 20th century. The house is distributed over 3 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, toilet, porch and laundry room. The first floor is distributed in 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor (attic) is distributed in 1 bedroom, office area, and bathroom. The house has a large 2,000m2 garden, the porch is equipped with a grill and a wood-burning oven.

La Reserva de Los Campos is a small resort located in downtown Cadavedo. It has 10 studios of 32 m2 and 10 apartments of two double bedrooms, of 54 m2, fully equipped and new from 2021. All apartments have broadband internet, smart TV, underfloor heating and top-notch amenities.
