Superb apartment in the center of Bayonne

Appartement T2 de 37m2 idéal pour un séjour au Pays Basque ! A quelques pas du chaleureux centre ville de Bayonne, entre les remparts historiques et le marché des halles. Des bus réguliers peuvent vous mener aux plages de Biarritz et d'Anglet, leurs arrêts sont à 100m. La gare de Bayonne est à 15 mins à pied. Le logement est refait à neuf : une chambre, une salle de bain, un salon et une cuisine ouverte. C'est un parfait pied à terre pour votre passage dans la capitale du chocolat !

F2-type accommodation, newly equipped and renovated, comfortable and warm. (Private apartment, it's also my place of residence) In the heart of Bayonne, 2 steps from the town hall and the cathedral, access to all shops and public transport 2 steps away. Pedestrian street, many parking lots are accessible. In an old building, quiet and recently renovated. Please note, it is on the 4th floor without elevator access, building classified as typically Basque (We can't have everything!)

Contemporary and bright 30 m2 studio

The studio is on the third and last floor of a quiet and wooded residence near the city center (3kms) , the train station is 2kms away, The nearest beaches are 7kms away. Equipped for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children ) the studio is not suitable for a stay of 4 adults. A balcony allows you to enjoy the sunny days and will be useful for smokers. The beaches of Anglet are 8kms away, Biarritz 11kms and Tarnos 7kms away. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
