Contemporary and bright 30 m2 studio

The studio is on the third and last floor of a quiet and wooded residence near the city center (3kms) , the train station is 2kms away, The nearest beaches are 7kms away. Equipped for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children ) the studio is not suitable for a stay of 4 adults. A balcony allows you to enjoy the sunny days and will be useful for smokers. The beaches of Anglet are 8kms away, Biarritz 11kms and Tarnos 7kms away. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

Superb 60 m2, Live on foot! You will be in historic Bayonne on the banks of the Nive: Les Halles, all shops, restaurants, bars, services and transport (free bus to the beaches), Super U and ATM at the foot of the building. Very bright 2nd floor apartment, view of the Roland Barthes esplanade and the Faculty. Public parking 50 m away (covered and uncovered). Bath towels, bed sheets included :) Please let me know an hour before you arrive at the apartment.
