Guest say that our queen-size bed is the most comfortable ever! Conveniently located 1 mile from Interstate 20, 5-10 min town center.

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

Caddo Lake Caboose - - waterfront w pier

The Caddo Caboose was used at the Longhorn Ammunition Plant in Karnack, Texas. When the Army shut the plant down thirty or so years ago, the Caddo Caboose was created with the car being made it into a unique weekend getaway. The Caboose is fully furnished 1 bedroom lodge with living, dining & bathroom areas as well as WiFi, Cable & DVD amenities. All you have to bring is the food you want to cook & your toiletries. A charcoal grill is provided on a private deck overlooking the water.
